Shuttle was slow getting to the port, and once it got here the guy drove kind of crazy. Car was also not cleaned well, soda stains left on the seats and napkins left in the cup holders.

The customer service rep was a sweetheart. The car smelled so awful...someone smoked in it previously. That was the worst.
