As a new customer and one who has never rented a storage unit my experience with Jared who manages Life Storage and his whole team was extremely helpful and made me feel right at home while making sure I had made the right decision on what size unit I needed for my storage needs while our condo unit was being remodeled. I would definitely use Life Storage again if I need to use this service again!

The new manager Jerrid is literally the best !Super knowledgeable and very helpful ! Got me the best deal available !Suprised me a free lock in the welcome kit which was left in the new locker for my arrival !!! WoW WoW WoWHe even buys customer chocolates for the front desk jar !My 3rd unit there in the past 4 years and this was the best experience I've had to date !Thank you so much for making this easy

Clean joint with good lighting and no water gets in when a storm happens. Brand new, has a lot of varied space sizes. Climate controlled of course, pretty decent pricing for being on the beach. Could use more/better carts though. Only have like 3 and they aren't heavy duty. I'd give 5 were that the case.

This a fairly nice and safer facility. They have their kinks which have nothing to do with their lovely employees. Every now and then the door - entry key pad doesn’t work so you can’t access the facility unless someone’s on duty. More likely if you have an emergency your SOL …and that could be the case for days. However I guarantee you’ll have a really good experience with everyone at this location.
