“I wanted to Thank Sherwin Williams on Murrell Road. They donated paint for my cousins house. Her son Deputy Sheriff Austin Walsh was killed on Dec 3rd. The day he was killed he and his brother were going to paint her house needles to say that did not happen. Because of the generosity of Sherwin Williams and local painter Brian Wood we were able to paint her house. Thank you again Sherwin Williams.”
“For my business I buy a lot of paver sealers, stripper and joint sand from them. 99.9% of the time they always have what I need in stock and if I don’t they offer to deliver it from another store. “I noticed other reviews stated associates had gone above and beyond for them and wanted to share my experience. I live nowhere close to this Ace Hardware; in fact I live 4 states away. I emailed this location(and literally 75 others) looking for a specific item I thought they may had in stock. To my surprise they responded and did in fact have the item I wanted. I had found the item at a few other locations, but none of those would ship the item to me, however, I found the exception! Stephen the manager was so kind and communicated everything clearly, assuring me he had the capabilities to ship said item. He quickly shot me a photo of it, came up with an invoice I was able to pay online and shipped the item to my home. When i arrived home after a trip today, it was here waiting on me. Thank you Stephen and team for helping me get the item I hunted for!”
“The person, I think his name is Gary, is very attentive. At first he looked at us with suspicion. He made us rectify the account. He called the owner of the company to check if it was really us, but I think it is part of his work routine. Later, he became very attentive bikers.”
“I was hoping for a little more help with some up to date painting tips since I was the only one in the store and asked for help . After reading the reviews it sounded like they go out of their way to get you what you need. I know this is not a DIY paint store so don't go there looking for much input. Maybe they were having a bad day. Both guys working there seem preoccupied with something. I have painted a dozen cars in my life so I am not a newbie. The place is kind of a dump to say the least but they have good quality paint and supplies for that reason they get ⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Superior service! Not only is Ace well staffed - I counted 8 employees there on a quiet afternoon - ALL were friendly and helpful. I was able to get my bike fixed because several staff went above and beyond. Steve (I believe his name was) is a 'bike whisperer ' - a patient, positive, problem solver who persevered! Cost of the brilliantly done repair was minimal. Highly recommend this Ace location!”
