Very disappointed. My daughter recently broke down on I-95, near this repair shop. After being towed to their location, the shop claimed it was simply a dead battery. They replaced the battery and added a labor and diagnostic fee. They were very curt on the phone when I called to question the diagnosis -- not happy that I was questioning them. My daughter had continued troubles and was able to quickly determine the true problem was the alternator (via simple test at auto parts store). Unsure how this was missed. Maybe it was just a bad day at the shop.

On April 18th 2023 I needed to replace both rear brake rotors as well as both rear brake pads. Was told it would take about an hour I and gave my keys to the mechanic at approx 0805 hours, and my 2001 Z28 Camaro was immediately pulled into the bay. The mechanic did a great job. It took her 5 minutes to get the car on the lift and another 5 minutes to remove both tires, 20-25 minutes to do the right rear and another 15-20 minutes on the left rear, to remove old the rotors and pads and put the new rotors and pads on. Put the tires back on, lowered the car and took test drive around building for 2-3 minutes. The mechanic gave me my keys back at approx 0910 hours ( ONE HOUR 5 MINUTES TOTAL. I had already bought the parts, saw online estimated labor costs in the area from 80-125 per hour. I went to pay for ONLY the labor and the owners wife gave me a bill for .... THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for labor. I was STUNNED, asked how is that possible you charge THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for ONE HOUR ????? She said .... wait for it .... the " computer " says it takes 1.1 ( one hour 10 minutes ) to install both rotors and .4 ( 40 minutes ) to install both pads, total one hour FIFTY MINUTES. It ONLY took One hour FIVE minutes, she shrugged said computer says 2 hours at 150.00 per hour. ( i saw online over 30 area repair shops ... 85-125 per hour and I stoopidly did not ask theirs ) I said that is criminal and would report her to the State of Fla Consumer Affairs and she ... laughed. Yup, laughed saying " they never do nothing ( uh, others have complained of this rip off ? ). It was pay or go to jail. Her husband has foot Neuropathy as I do, I told them I have had 2 Stroke and have to use a crutch to get around, 2 surgeries on my throat, 3 on my esphoagus, 2 on my vocal cords, 3 colonoscopies, last year my lower left lung was removed ... all Cancer and 5 months of Chemo and I have been thru enough so don't freaking rip me off for 200 dollar, she said no ripoff, " computer says 2 hours ... NOW YOU LEAVE !!. I came back a few days later showed another shops PRINTED est of total time to do same work showing 45 minutes to an hour with 100 dollar labor rate. She said " computer " says 2 hours you leave. smh. To the folks reading this, picture a, say plumber coming to THEIR home for a repair, no parts needed, 100 dollar labor rate. Work is done in an hour five minutes but the plumber gives THEM a bill for 200 dollars and THEY say WTH ???? Plumber looks them right in the eye and says ... " computer " says 2 hours, THEY say it only took you ONE HOUR !!!!!!!. Plumber says " computer " say 2 hours, you pay or I put lien on your home. Wonder what they would think of the .... " computer " now. Bottom line, call them and ask what their labor rates are ( I had a friend call and they were told 85 per hour ) then ask how long will the job take and they say one hour, THEN ASK them how long the ... " computer " says it WILL take. Their MORALS, their ETHICS, their INTERGRITY to do this to a many who has suffered so much .... these people are despicable. Please tell your friends and STAY away from the mutts.

Jim the owner seems attentive to detail and concerned about the car and owner. Seems to be fair on his fees too.

Jim and Mark were top notch helping me with my car that wouldn’t start after our 5 day cruise. I was stranded at the port with my mother and 3 little boys. Once we were able to get my car towed to their shop, they jumped right on it and were able to figure out my fuel pump wasn’t working efficiently. They put the time and effort into fixing the problem with minimal costs in about an hour! They were able to get us home safely, which was an 8.5 hour drive back to Atlanta. So thankful for this auto repair shop and would recommend them to anyone in need of a great little repair shop hidden behind a bait shop on Port Canaveral. Thank you, thank you, thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just terrible very mean to my mom, the daughter tried her tell me it was all our fault, it’s very sad because where I live we don’t have mechanics like that that take a vantage of other people. My dad was bringing his car there for years and now he passed!!!I wish they would’ve made it right because he is well known in the area, and I do believe in small businesses
