The best part of this hotel is the great staff, including Kaytlynn in the restaurant and PJ, Jess and Trevonn at the always fun Tiki Bar at the pool.

Rooms are just okay. Usually kind of musty, elevator situation is kind of weird location wise. Close to port, offer a shuttle bus, but if you're in a hurry, uber/Lyft is a good option. Food is decent.

Jonathon was AWESOME. He was so knowledgeable, accommodating and went out of his way more than a few times to make sure our stay was nice.
