We just checked out from the Radisson Port Canaveral resort. While true that the rooms are in need of a facelift— and one is scheduled in the coming year —the hotel was great. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially PJ and Jess at the Tiki Bar and Jabba the bellman. We felt the hotel was an excellent value value for the cost, and would definitely stay here again if we were waiting to board a cruise ship.
Rooms: They were quiet and bed was great.
Nearby activities: We did not avail ourselves of any because we really enjoyed to pool and tiki bar at the hotel.
Safety: We felt totally safe here.
Walkability: We did not walk to any dining venues or other attractions but we could have.
Food & drinks: We found the food at the tiki bar as well as the drinks to exceeded our expectations, and the buffet breakfast was bountiful and a good value for the price. It includes an omelette station and a make it yourself waffle station.
Noteworthy details: The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating.

The best part of this hotel is the great staff, including Kaytlynn in the restaurant and PJ, Jess and Trevonn at the always fun Tiki Bar at the pool.
Rooms: Need a safe.

Rooms are just okay. Usually kind of musty, elevator situation is kind of weird location wise. Close to port, offer a shuttle bus, but if you're in a hurry, uber/Lyft is a good option. Food is decent.

Im a local but I still love to come enjoy the pool bar here after the beach. It's a very clean pool compared to some of the other ones in the area. The bartenders are always cool and I appreciate that they offer craft cocktails, not just the run of the mill Beach bar premade garbage. Obviously it does affect the prices if you're looking to save money this is not the place for you.
I do have to say they have the most visually intriguing pool in the area as well. With the waterfall and all the rocks it's very nice. All in all definitely recommend checking it out whether you're on vacation or you're a local?
Nearby activities: There's treasure trove of things to do in this area. It's a couple blocks from the beach, Port Canaveral & many great bars/restaurants. The location is wonderful if you're planning on going to any of the theme parks in Orlando, the drive is easy & a hour or less. All along the Space coast there is soooo much to do especially in Cocoa Beach. Just a quick Google search with provide that info. Happy Travels!

The pool is beautiful and the staff was kind and helpful. A lady at the bar agreed to make me
Dinner 5 mins before the cut off time. Food is ok but overpriced, same for drinks.
My gripe is that the room was filthy, I got in from a long day of traveling and fun later in the evening and was too tired to complain or ask for a room
Change, but the carpet was stained to the point of being unsettling. Wasn’t comfy walking barefoot. Lots of personal items and other things he left under the bed. Crinkled up tissue, think gross old motel next to a nice resort like pool. Not worth the 250 we paid for the night. Also there are no bell boys and the ground is cobblestone, hard to pull a suitcase over and easy to get lost despite the map they give you.
Shuttle was cool, was easy to get off for our cruise which was the most important thing .

They gave me a handicap room that was offensive to me and was so noisy. I got sick and couldn't sleep for two nights

Amazing pool area with great food. No free breakfast included. Service was exceptional as they let us check in early due to booking the snooze and cruise deal. Shuttle to the cruise port was on time and the driver was super friendly. Both rooms were stayed in were run down but clean.

Rooms are old. Musty. Pool was great. They charge for everything. Even morning coffee you had to go to the resturaunt
