1. The advertised military discount was not provided as promised.2. I was informed that my items could be delivered and held for me. However, without any notification, they held three very small packages for 8 days. To my surprise, I was charged a whopping $240 for only $80 worth of products.3. They convinced me to sign up for a 12-month mailbox contract, assuring me that I wouldn't be charged for holding. However, every time I went to pick up my mail, they would get angry with me for not taking the delivery slips from my mailbox, even though I was never given a key!4. A woman played loud gospel music on her iPhone, completely indifferent to any customer issues.5. An employee informed me that the owner is extremely cheap, going as far as saying that he would charge us for the air we breathe if he could.6. When an authorized friend of mine came to pick up my delivery, she encountered a lot of difficulties. The key issue persisted and she was even denied access to see the unsigned delivery notice in my mailbox by UPS. To add insult to injury, a crazy employee followed her outside, recording her and my car on a cell phone!7. UPS sent me an unbelievable email, claiming that my contract had been terminated with no refund of any kind.8. It's astonishing that there is absolutely no mention of the legal entity behind the franchises.As a result, I had to resort to taking legal action in small claims court.

Employee, Kami, behind the counter is very unprofessional. On a person call when I came in. It was on speaker. So, I heard everything. Then when she hung up music started blasting. I love gospel too. But turn it down! It was too loud to have a conversation. Had to practically scream to be heard. Ridiculous prices!To reply - what about the prices? Much higher than the other stores.

We are located between 3 different UPS stores but the Port Canaveral location is our favorite because of Kami who is the consummate professional and because she is always cheerful and happy to see everyone who walks in the door! Last time I went in for a return, I had a problem with my packaging and without missing a beat Kami fixed it for me, she is awesome!

Charged $20 to pick-up a Best Buy package! Best Buy online during check out lists this location as a 'prefered' pick-up location on their website (meaning no charge as if you are picking up at a Best Buy store). I was unable to pick up the day that my package was delivered to their facility, but WAS able to get it the next day. I was charged $20 to pick it up!!! ($10 to receive it at their location and $10 because I picked it up the day after they received it) On the delivery email receipt there was no mention of a fee, on the Best Buy website there was no mention of a pick-up fee, and there was no mention of a fee when I "mapped it" to decide if that was a close location to where I am staying. Best Buy could have delivered it for FREE to my doorstep, but I chose this location instead because Best Buy suggested it as a pick-up location. NEVER AGAIN!! (I should have refused the package and just reordered to my address, but I decided to be nice to the guy working...)I will be getting in contact with Best Buy to get this UPS site removed as a shipping option.

Kami helped me with some documents I needed notarized. She made me feel like a priority even though it was busy. She did a good job multi-tasking and addressing all the customers. Even though I had trouble with using the scanning and credit card machine, she was patient and kind. Her customer service was actually the highlight of my day!

I keep trying this store because it is convenient but it consistently disappoints. Shipping rates are higher than the other UPS stores I have used, generally only one service person working and service is slow. The passport picture camera has been out of service for six months that I know of. Worth the drive to go to another store.

They were exceptionally helpful on our trip. Great place to store luggage if you are in need. Traffic can get pretty bad around rush hour due to it being near Kennedy Space Center but that proximity also makes it convenient for storing bags

I contacted this place through email explaining that I’m a crew member and just have few hours on land and need some important printing to be done for my work.I send requirements and files and sent the time I’ll come. Leah the manager replied that they can print. When I showed Leah wasn’t there,the lady who was present there didn’t know how to print my exact size. So the most important they failed me and put in trouble at my job,I wasted money on taxi and time when I could go to different place to print it. Don’t recommend!

Walk in and the nice clerk behind the counter tells me I have 7 minutes to get my shipment done. Ask her for wifi, she tells me, it won't connect, says well nothing I can do it's been like that all day. This isn't my store so nothing I can do about it here. Why the heck does she even come to work if she's going to be like that to customers. Unreal...

This week the owner of this location decided to start charging $2 to pay with a card. This added over 10% to my total, which is unacceptable to me. My business has been using this location to ship for years, and I never considered finding another shipping solution until now. As a business owner, I know how vital is is to accept credit cards, and if I charged everyone a $2 tax for paying, my clients would not be happy. This particular owner is now making a profit off of credit card transactions, so I will find another way to ship my products.

This UPS Store is the fastest I’ve ever been to. They are friendly and efficient. I will always go here before any other UPS Store.

Was in a major rush to mail a number of items. I was in and out in 5 minutes with all options and timeframes and costs explained clearly even with a line forming behind me. Easy, to the point and done with service and speed in mind. Thank you!
