If you ever need to actually go into the office, it’s very confusing to find! But Jackie at the front desk is super sweet and pleasant to work with!

Horrible experience with the Premier Choice Realty Company. I rented the property 221 cobalt drive Kissimmee with its own private driveway, and all I got was rude, disrespectful neighbors. First week I moved in , neighbors kids riding their bikes around my cays on my driveway. Had to speak with parents about the kids on my side. 2nd week had to tell neighbors no trespassing on my driveway and they still cut through my driveway and trespassed with their cars even after I said no. Called Jacky from management to report this since this is an HOA community, so they can deal with the situation and nothing happened. Neighbors continued passing through my driveway daily with all theirs cars, even though they had one of equal size. I set up cameras and called police. Still neighbors continued trespassing. Made multiple complaints by email, phone, and text to this management Jacki and to make report to HOA with pictures and videos to show proof of the neighbors trespassing on several occasions and the issue was not resolved. Just to move in I had to pay $6200 of that $3500 for 2 security deposit to be in a nice and quite place that was more a hassle and headaches with the neighbors trespassing on my driveway at all times. Having parties and going through my driveway , and walking between my cars as I back in, disturbing my way of living. 3rd month living there and management still has not resolved the problem. With the confidence that the neighbors were driving through the driveway points that this was happening way before I moved in and Im sure the realty company knew about it. Worst reality company I've ever dealt. They kept my security deposit of Do not rent this property on 221 Cobalt Drive in Kissim you going to run into the same problems. You going to have just as bad the experience as I did with neighbors and the realty company.

rated them a 1 because i can’t rate them below a zero, my dad lives here and he offered us a room to stay until we find rent and I had to leave my dog with my family because they “didn’t allow dogs” I am hispanic cuban and a white person next door had a dog bigger than mine and keep in mind my dog is 13 years old, very old, i hate to separate for the time being because of them not “allowing dogs on property”, as well they were acting very racist towards us, I am his daughter, it is no one’s business whatsoever if my father can have me stay over his house for the time being giving a roof under my head along with my husband and baby, keep in mind he is 1 years old and they said if we can’t leave in less than 7 days we’d be out on the streets, love the clientele treatment towards us, that is racism directly at your face, so sad how we live in a cruel world where my father is not allowed to keep his kids safe because of americans wanting us out. I’m going to make sure my platform on all social media make sure the disgusting directs that were given to our family under these circumstances. thank you for your time reading this carefully, think again where you want to live, make sure they dont treat you bad for being hispanic or colored in this property management, have a great day.

These folks are absolutely the BEST property managers I have ever used. They are right on top of everything and go that extra mile. I recommend them so highly that I would put my reputation on my endorsement of them.

Went to look at a condo they manage for me and my daughter. Talking with the owner of 1st Choice I said that I had an eviction from a home I lived in for 13 years and the homeowner decided to sell. Everything seemed fine I put in the application and paid the $150 application fee that same day. On Monday she asked me to approve to run a report, which I did within an hour. On Friday I hadn't heard anything from her or her company so I text her and she told me to call the office. I called and spoke to the person answering the phone who told me I did not get approved. Why would they not call as soon as possible? Because they knew what would happen and the $150 is what matters to her. Also I was told my credit was too low and they never sent me a report which I believe is the law. I think Florida should regulate these application fees. These property management companies are using them as a cash cow. Especially this one...$150 is a lot. The Highest I have paid, and I wouldn't have done it if I didn't think it was okay.

Do not rent from these con artists exspecially. When there was a rent nationwide freeze we still paid rent to them and the refused fix things in my home properly.and I been a tenant of theirs for 9yrs and when I started telling them about what repairs needed to be done they uped my rent.as well the property management staff jackie and cindy are rude. Plus they send in exspeceried idiot's that claim they do home repairs that do more damage than fixing the issue. Here is a example they sent a guy to fix my door do to water getting in my home.the jackass used a roofing shingle to repair the bottom of the door with drywall compound. And till this day water still comes in my home when it rains

Very high rental requirements that makes it hard for even middle class to get approved. $3500 minimum before you move in depending on the cost of the rental. Denied because of my past rentals being too low and my current job being less than a year. It was not clear on the application that it had to be your current job and not overall employment (I've had 6+ years with a salary over 3x the rent) otherwise I would not have wasted my $150 applying. I've never had to pay that amount for an application before but many places require that. Also make sure you know what credit score is being pulled, they pulled a credit score 70+ points lower than the credit score I view regularly. Very disappointed that we weren't approved even though we've been great renters in the past for our prior landlords.

Never rent here, renters be ware. They hire unprofessional staff that keeps rigging problems causing more problems down the road and then they do the same thing. No one is truthful and customer service is horrible… be ware. Do not expect a security deposit because they definitely gone find away to keep it. One company left like 30+ bags outside after fixing the roof… and that cost 500 of security deposit!!!

The first thing to note about these reviews is that they are nearly all either ones or fives. Nothing in between. I believe there is one two at the front. Usually when you have this particular combination it means that the ones are the real reviews and the fives are the relatives, friends and/or co-workers who have written a glowing report for their friends. I felt incredibly fortunate that I was given the opportunity to rent one of the properties managed by this company. They ask for a lot of money up front but I didn't even think about it. You find out you got the property the same day you have to pay for it. And the same day you have to sign the lease and other documentation. You have no time to actually look at what you're signing. Here's a word of advice. You must read it. The rules at the place I am living are draconian. There is no washer, dryer, dishwasher, ice maker. I've probably forgotten something. The rules say you can't dry anything in your apartment. You can't hang your clothes up to dry and you're not supposed to let your dishes drip dry on the countertop. I'm thinking that the fact that I paid a decent amount for this apartment gives me the right to live the way I want. I am a landlord also. I would make a rule against burning trash in the backyard, but I wouldn't make rules like the ones I've seen at this apartment building. The building I'm in has six apartments. Four face the canal and have screened in lanai's. The two in the front which is one of the ones I'm in, have no view except for the parking lot, the entry to the building, and the trash cans that run alongside the other building next to us. I have no idea how long these people have been here but they appear to be dug in for good. I wouldn't count on sticking around to try and get one of the better apartments in the back. Now for the last and final complaint. For the April payment, I was told by 1st Choice that I could do auto pay from my smartphone. The option to do that was not there and I knew that meant that there was a setting that have not been made. I told that to Jackie and nothing happened. She just told me she was sure the option was there. So I set up an ACH from my bank to make sure that they got their rent on time. The ACH fired off several days before the rent was due and they received it. Then my realtor helped Jackie fix the setting and I was able to do the auto pay in the Buildium app. It's now 19 days past the beginning of April and 1rst Choice has collected rent from me twice for April. I've sent them emails over and over and I didn't hear anything from them. They are just sitting on my money and hoping I'll go away apparently. Fat chance. I got a message today from Jackie telling me it was my fault that I paid twice and they were going to apply the second payment towards my next month's rent. NO. I will pay my next month's rent when it is due. Not before. And you don't get to keep the money that you conned people into giving you. How could someone whose job it is to collect money not know how to use her own system? That's the level of people you are dealing with at this company. Smart mouthed who will do just the opposite of what you want because of their bad attitude. I have some news for you Jackie. Keeping someone's money when you tricked them into sending it twice is called theft. Would you like the police to show up at your door for the check? I don't mind at all sending them.

Horrible management. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had ! We spent two years unknowingly, using bacteria filled unfiltered water in the home with a newborn baby when we were initially told by management their was a filtration system in place. They then took a little over a month to finally get the right system installed. They seem great until you sign the lease and a heads up for future renters, it’s such a high deposit, don’t count on getting your deposit back, they will charge you for anything they can to keep it all ! The property appears fine at move in then you realize there’s many underlying issues they just do quick fixes on and the property is not really cared for. They became very rude and nasty towards end of lease. I DO NOT RECOMMEND 1st CHOICE TO ANYONE !!!! I have read other bad reviews for this company and their issues are almost exactly the same issues we had in our Lehigh rental. Definitely base your decision off the reviews. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would !

Shockingly bad. Avoid at all costs. Staff are rude and lack any level of professional care or communication.
