Would give them 0 stars if I could. They claim to be open 24 hours. However, when I tried to grab cigarettes at 2am, the doors were locked, even though an employee was inside mopping the floor. Waited for 45 minutes, a delivery truck showed up, and the attendant claimed they were closed from 2 to 3, even though they are supposed to be 24hr. Then he told me that they couldn't open until an entire delivery came through, despite the doors being open at the time. After telling him that they're open and should be available for sales, the attendant then flat out said that him and the delivery drivers should have assaulted me for wanting to be served. How is this place still open?

This store has the worst gas pumps in the area. Half of them are usually out of service and the keypads are a mess. I stopped today because I had a .35 cent per gallon rewards promotion. It took my rewards and the pump didn't work. Now I've lost my discount. This has happended on two previous occassions with other added rewards discounts. The staff said that there is nothing they can do to remedy the situation. Until they actually get pumps that work I'm finished with this location.

Today there were 3 employees talking about the double shipment of cigarettes. I asked 3 times to pay for my items, finally the employee with white hair turned around to help me. He said what do you want to pay? I asked to pay for the items I had on the counter and explained I had a doctor's appointment to go to, I just needed my things. That really set him off. Before I left he shorted me a penny because he didn't feel like dealing with pennies and slammed the quarter in my hand. He told me not to speed. Then, ask I was walking out the door he yelled after me- your going to be late anyway!
I love the normal crew, but that man is as rude as can be.

They never fill up the receipt paper.If you want a receipt you need to go inside.

I am a long time customer for years in that store. I went last Saturday night to buy dinner. My points at the cashier earned me $1 off, but the guy (young guy with a beard) skipped it and I told him about the dollar credit and to bring it back. He told me (in front of other customers) OK, that I didn't have to be so "dramatic" and that no one else cares about a dollar. Excuse me! It's MY dollar and I am entitled to use it and he has no business embarrassing me like that in front of other customers! And apparently, he has quite the history being like that with other customers from what I read.

I am an Uber driver and this is one of the places I always go to use the restroom when I'm out driving. And tonight I was told that I was not allowed to use the bathroom. That no one is at night time. But I was always told if I specified that I'm an Uber driver that I may use the restroom. I've always used the restroom there while driving at night time and the guy tonight would not let me. So I left and went elsewhere and took my business with me because I was also going to buy coffee and some gas.REDICULOUS

I called tonight at 12:15 am to ask a question to see if you had any pizzas left and the young man who answered the phone was very rude , would not answer my question and then he hung up the phone on me . I called back and he would not answer at all and sad part is I come to this 7 eleven 3 to 4 times a day abd never have i been treated as rudely as by the young man who was working tonight management needs to deal with him the worst service I've ever had at any 7 eleven ever in my life apparently that young man sucks at customer service or hates his job or both ?

My name is Christina Rosado and I just called a few minutes ago to find out about the frozen pizzas that they sell well the gentleman that asked the phone for the third shift today March 24, 2024 was very rude and hung up the phone on me I have never had issues with anybody there and that is ridiculous that I got hung up on. Super clean. Never seen a gas station that has a stafe that keeps the place spotless. The store by my house is so gross i can't understand how people buy their cooked foods. This store on the other hand.. awesome.

Be careful this place you see prices on the shelves but when you get up to the register they're doubled and they swear they can't do anything about it they almost made me pay $14 for a small bottle of DayQuil it said 6.99 on the shelf and then they were going to make me pay $6 for two vitamin waters that said 3.50 for two on the shelf
