I’ve been living next to this 7 eleven for about 3 years now and the place has been amazing except the worker with orange hair and maybe some freckles. Her customer service is so terrible it just surprises me. Everytime I come here and she is working it is just terrible. She is always so rude to me and many other customers. I went in today and payed her 2$ and one penny because that’s how much I was supposed to pay and so I ask her “oh i’m just going to give you two dollars and just a penny” and she goes with a lot of attitude and a rude tone and face “well whatever i guess” while rolling her eyes. I do not accept this type of customer service especially at a 7 eleven I go to almost everyday for 3 years. This women makes me and my whole family never want to step foot on it again. Her presence destroys any happy mood. Also she has once even texted a mother lying to her saying that her daughter was stealing coffee stuff which is wrong and that never happened. Also I do not like how she just smokes cigarettes right infront of the 7 eleven where customers can see and breath in. While some people do have asthma any other health problems.

EXTREMELY RUDE CASHIER Horrible the cashier was making fun of my children and being loud she even yelled at them to be quite at checkout the worst service ever i didnt get her name but she is blonde copperish hair and this kind of people should not be working in customer service unethical uneducated

I tried buying a simple hard mikes because I’m a grown adult (21) and I can do that. And even before approaching the cash register, the cashier tells me condescendingly that I need my ID, obviously I know that so I continue waiting in line. I give the cashier my REAL ID!!!! And it doesn’t go through, the system doesn’t accept my ID. I try explaining to the cashiers that it’s a real and valid ID, and that I am in fact 21. However they give me an attitude and tell me that they don’t know me. I am extremely upset because this is the first time this has ever happened and I feel targeted because they made me feel like I was illegally trying to buy alcohol when I wasn’t. I will never be shopping there again!

Get your calculators out when walking in this store (it's not the employees either it can't be) this happens on many occasions no matter if it on sale items or non sale items and seems to happen more when lottery is involved for an example and im sorry for the math equation but thats how they get you and then they act like your wrong and d*** ..I walk in buy 4 items that are on sale 2 for $5.50 for a bade total of ($11.00) I then turn in $12.00 worth of scratch off to apply to my total and I'm left owing them $2.07 . They charge sales tax on items at full price after the apply the sale ...so say I would gotten my items at the advertised sale price I still pay tax on the original price and I guess sales tax I'll include a picture of my receipt..maybe I'm wrong ..I don't think I am an when did sales tax go above .06cents on a dollar ..we playing with 5ths of a penny to get that extra .09cents for the people ?

The staff there is always rude np customer service what so everThe night guy with headphones is very rude and give dirty looks. I will never go back!! Something needs to be done. They also have drug deals going on on the middle between 711 and dollar General something needs to be done about that also
