Tried to call on 3 separate occasions to see if they had something in stock before I drove up there, no answer any of the times. Not really sure why you would have a phone then not ever answer it?!?!?

As usual no receipt paper at the pumps at 5:00 AM this morning, had to go into store to get receipt had words with cashier about having to come into store for receipt as usual. Walking out of store opened the door to hard and it items stacked behind door and made a loud sound and he opened his mouth to me. He had 3 girls running around in the store with no shoes on and he thought he would be tuff with his mouth. Didn’t work and his 3 little girls ran out of the store screaming at the top of their lungs at me, that didn’t intimidate me either. I’ve called the store 10 times this morning 1/2/2025 with no answer and you can’t even leave a message as they never set up the voicemail. WHAT A COMPANY STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER USING THE 711 EVER.

Rude staff, was told to go to another store if I didn't like the fact that items are incorrectly priced. Was told it's not their job to fix the the price tag. That's how it rings, if you have a problem with that, go to another store. So I went to another store...

Every time I give in there, like today, but not often, the coffee and service sucks. The older man with the glasses and gray hair is NEVER ever friendly. I tell him the coffee is never hot and he says nothing he can do about it. I shouldn't have to microwave the coffee. He should replaced or spoken to. This is one of the rare awful.stores of 711
