Turned me away from using the bathroom . Lied and said it’s not working but be for real who’s going to work a 8 hour shift and can’t use the bathroom. Probably because I’m black but whatever

This is the worst 7/11 store I ever enter what type of store is this that doesn’t offer restrooms for customers and not allowing outside food to heat up in their microwave what’s the point of keeping this store in Cape Coral it’s pathetic and having horrible rude employees that are selfish and disrespectful it’s disgusting they need to go or this store will never again

The overweight white man working Sunday 7/21 at 3pm is hateful, inconsiderate and rude. Did not care about any issues going on in the store. Extremely lazy. I heard someone mention there was no syrup in the soda machine and he said okay, flat affect and then moved on to the next person with the same poor attitude. I didn’t purchase what I was there for and never will I or any of my family ever go to this run down joke of a “convenient store”.

If you have the AP like I do and have $ in you 7/11 wallet- you can pay for your gas through the AP- it's quick and easy and also saves you even more $- yesterday I saved $0.08- member offer 5cents off a gallon and 3cents off a gallon cause I used the 7/11 wallet (I only needed a gallon)

The employees are great always leave with a smile. If you can't find what your looking for just ask everyone here knows their store. Considering it's location and that it can get pretty busy they keep it clean and neat.

Disgusting place especially the loud mouth workers ladies there are rude especially the one with the boy dike hair !! The hot dogs and taquitos are stale and old. The slurpees come out frozen, they do not know how to mix it properly ! Outside is nasty dirty broom on the ground etc ?
