I have been renting here for years and ever time I get a bedroom set it breaks they replace it and it breaks again the way these bedrooms sets are built is poor quality and I’m very upset being a loyal customer for so long you would think they would give you the best but I guess not and now I have to wait 2 days to even speak to someone while my beds held up by books

I got a flat tire on the way to a job interview today and had to use the bathroom really bad. I went into this store asking if I could use the bathroom and the woman graciously allowed me to use the bathroom. She was so nice and was so understanding that I was in a vulnerable situation. I didn't buy anything. Even though it is really tough having car troubles...it is nice to know that there are still nice and caring people in the world. Thank you Aaron's!

Just want to say i have done business with Aarons many times, they always been professional and quick, I just got something else while actually out of the country thanks to Bradon he handled everything over the phone with next day delivery. Thanks brandon your the man.

Absolutely the worst service possible! I ordered a product took them 3 weeks to verify my identity and the supervisor at this location set up delivery without verifying the item. You'd think I'd of at least get a call from them nope instead when I call them understandably so I get told that I told him he'd received the item how on earth would I know? When calling back just to cancel the order Mr supervisor forgot to hang up and kindly called me a b word and whatever girl was working with him was saying that I put the order in on Dec 7th, no I put it in NOVEMBER 7th but the person who verified my identity didn't do it till Dec 7th. I originally was going to pay the cash price but i refuse and will go pay normal prices for a bed! If you're going to use Aaron's I highly suggest not the one on delprado

I love this place. The GM Cole is awesome and always trys to work with you, super nice and friendly. I've been with this place for years and by far the best GM. Brandon is super friendly and definitely is super helpful and gets the job done. Daphne is super nice and professional she's who I usually get on the phone when I call but always gets me what I need.

I would prefer to post -5 stars. The General Manager of this store is absolutely horrendous. Cole has no customer service skills whatsoever and has no business being in that industry. He was demeaning and a disgusting human being. I have been doing business with Aaron's since 2014 and have never experienced such treatment, I have never experienced treatment like that in general. Shame on Aaron's for employing a person and placing him in such a high position.

Idk yet.. I hope it turns out better than how it's started. 1st. I want a washer. They had to order mine, no washers anywhere??!! Hmm. And have to wait over a week. Which will be Monday. A HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

The first month I rented from them, they tried charging me three months worth! Then, I missed one payment! Told them I would be all caught up by the 15th! They said ok! Next thing I know, there is a knock at my door and they were at my house ready to take back my stuff! Is it the 15th? No! It's the 6th! They are crooks! Their company is corrupt! The people that work there are rude and nasty! Their system is a total sham! I strongly urge every one to never rent from there! See how far they go with no business!
