Twice, I've placed on line orders from this place, driven across town you find out they don't have what I ordered.
The staff customer service is horrific. Twice they sent me to the back of the store to talk to some lady who didn't care & nearly spoke English. They haven't refunded the purchase price or the rewards I used to buy the item, yet. I'll just order the own from Walmart or Amazon at 25% less and wait the days, rather than ordering through them.
UPDATE; I drive 30 minutes to get home on Pine Island & the last calls to tell me the grill guy found the grill stand I had ordered. You think I'm driving an hour round trip to buy from you? No way!

When visiting the store, Troy was very helpful in explain the grill I was looking at including but not limited to warranty, why on sale and explaining all the in and outs of this particular grill.
Troy was also the delivery guy and was at our home within 1 1/2 hours
Keep up the good work and I’ll be a customer for life

Excellent service! Popped in to have a couple of knives sharpend the other day. I've been in before with my Napa Valleys. Was greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked me what I needed. I told him and he called on his radio for help. Time is relative for us all concerning this but she was Johnny on the spot. The machine it self is amazing.

I had a fantastic experience at Ace Family Hardware in downtown Cape Coral. Kat went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and had such a positive attitude that made the whole visit enjoyable. It is rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and Kat truly made a difference. I will definitely be coming back here for future projects.

Excellent customer service 1st time I have been to this location I wasn't going to come back to an Ace store after my experience of another location but the person who made my key also tried to help locate another item for me but they didn't have it. The lady at the entrance was very inviting and also asked me again if I needed anything after being there for probably about an hour. Thanks for the great customer experience at your store keep up the great work!
