They tried to sell me a HID headlight replacement bulb for $160 saying it's on sale from $250. I checked Amazon and the same build is $36 for a pack of 2. Watch out for this ripoff!!!!!

Picked up a can of battery cleaner. And went for the courtesy battery check. Employee was very courteous. Hooked up the diag tool, ran the test, printed out results. Tons of good stuff inside too. Prices are reasonable.

Even though they advertise free battery installation with purchase this location refused to do the installation when we called Go to the location on Pine Island road instead they are MUCH nicer and they got the sale for my pricey battery and will also get my future business

I have been a long time Elite member of Advance for a long time. I get all my parts from Advance. But, I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service before like today with Jaime! I arrived at the store at 7:29am and sat in my car for the store to open. I saw an employee (Jaime) in the store unlock the doors. I finished my phone conversation in the car and entered the store. I grabbed a bottle of DOT 3 break fluid and headed up to the counter. After waiting for about 5 minutes Jaime came to the front, with an apparent attitude, grabbed the bottle and asked in a very unpleasant tone "Is this it"? I said I needed to see if you guys rented an 8" puller for a center bearing on a drive line. He stared at me for a minute and walked over and grabbed a book and came back to the counter, he asked again what it was for and I told him again, a bearing puller for a driveline center bearing. He said "Do you mean a drive shaft, who the **** calls it a driveline!" I said excuse me, I really don't think you are talking to me like that! He said whatever and threw the book down and said "Your and Idiot"! At this point I told him I would go somewhere else, he told me there was another parts store across the street. I told him I didn't need anymore info from him and he said "Good, go **** yourself then!" Had I not been working in an official compacity, this whole situation could have turned out a lot different, but I chose to walk out instead of possibly losing my job! I am extremely upset and I have never been treated like this in my life by someone, especially in customer service. I totally understand people have bad days, but this is completely unacceptable and I will be speaking to Jaime's management about this. This is a black eye on your company and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future!

Purchased an air filter, got home and it was wrong. Went back the next day and the same guy exchanged it....wrong one, looked it back up and exchanged it....wrong one, looked it up again....you guessed it, wrong one. An associate came to assist and got the correct one on the fifth try

Today my father who is 84 yrs went to this store asking them to run a diagnostic on his car but he doesn’t spike English so my dad ask to talk to other employee. The employee was very disrespectful and he ended up opening the door to my dad asking him to leave. I will visit the store pretty soon to meet with the manager.

Very informative and helpful people and they try their best not always their fault that something isn't in house if you can't get it there they'll find a place to get it for you they all know my name though I don't know all of theirs first thing basis thanks guys you're the best
