I often go to the Santa Barbara location since is in my neighborhood and the service is amazing, also recognizing a cashier that I don’t know his name but he is Hispanic and very nice and professional. Today I went and there was a young man , never saw him before, I ask him to please trash a coffee that was left on the counter next to the CC machine because it was going to spill over someone’s clothing and he answered very rude stating that wasn’t his, not doing that, until the next customer behind me also pointed out the same hazard. We go to shop there not be pampered, just to find the food we like and the minimum we deserve is respect and courtesy.

A great place for inexpensive household goods, foods, and decor. Highly recommended, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the lack of shopping for free.

I was in the store tonight and was having trouble finding a few items that I really needed last minute and was having trouble finding them being I was in a rush when a young lady named Camila noticed and approached me asking if I needed any assistance and was able to help me locate some of them and was super helpful and kind to me so I will definitely be returning to this location in the future and just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Camila and her awesome customer service for helping me and getting me taken care of!! I will definitely be back because of her customer service and great positive attitude!!

Worst Aldi hands down. Ten people were waiting to check out. We had two items. One lane open, no self check outs. They sent us to a second checkout lane that was supposedly opening, and the manager, WHO WASNT EVEN HALFWAY CORDIAL, I will say “rude”, took her time, to get there. It was absurd. I would’ve spent the same time driving to an Aldi farther away for nicer people. Total waste of time. Will NOT return. (And I live around the corner)

Good place with parking for cars, good quality products and excellent customer service, except that they do not offer shopping bags, which makes it difficult for the customer to transport their products.
