We just completed a 3 month major renovation project. Including new kitchen, relocation of laundry, reconfiguration of a bedroom/office, addition to the lanai, new flooring, bathroom change overs, and more. Having completed a number of remodels over the years and being my own general contractor, I was very hesitant to hire a contractor for this large project. However, I am so glad we did. Armex surpassed all expectation. From the design with Jericho, to daily communication with Jose, our project manager, the project proceeded smoothly. The workers and subs were excellent. They scheduled and worked every day. Plus each day they cleaned the area and took away all the trash. I highly recommended them and will definitely hire them again for my next remodel.

If we could, we would give 10 stars!! We had a 600 ft addition added (2 bathrooms and a bedroom) and this company exceeded our expectations!! They promised us a timeline since we were from out of state and completed it even before the date. The project manager we had was Jose and quickly responded to any questions we had. He exceeded our expectations!! We work in the building industry back home and the workmanship of every sub is superior!! We just finished an entire kitchen and bathroom remodel, and couldn't be happier with Armex. If we could give 6 stars we would. We've done remodels before but Armex was the most organized and efficient company we have ever used. Their supervisor, Jose, was great to work with too.

After reading some of the wonderful reviews of Armex, I dont need to add much because they are all true and completely accurate to a tee.
This company was truly amazing in every aspect from start to finish!
We loved our project manager Brayam (I call him Brian) he is a quick communicator and very hands on with the work being done at the house. Always polite and so so helpful! I really appreciated Brian!
The workers that came were all wonderful and very skilled, no questioning that. Always on time and everyone professional at all times. The prep and clean up was always excellent too!
Ignacio is one of the best workers they have or anyone could hope to have, he is top notch all around!! Charlie and Rollo always so polite and helpful! Alfredo is great at framing and drywall! Their electrician was great too! Just fantastic!
I would and will use this company over and over again and will not hesitate to recommend to my clients, neighbors and friends in the future for sure!

I would like to give Armex a grade of “A”, but in all honesty, they really deserve an “A++++++” LOL. I cannot say enough about how superb this company is!!! In my opinion, if you elect to channel your project to a different company, I believe you are making a mistake. We first met “Jose”, a real gentleman who provided our initial estimate after walking through the project. We then met Jericho, another absolutely fine gentleman to further refine our project. During the meeting with Jericho, I learned Jose was actually the owner of Armex. Ultimately we began our project, now meeting with “Jose#2”, our project manager. The project progressed through framing, insulation, sheetrock, HVAC, cabinets, electrical, granite, plumbing!!!! Literally, EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL we met, was not only clearly skilled, but also genuinely good people. They NEVER cut corners, every aspect was superbly executed. As our project drew to completion, I sincerely felt pleased with the great results, but also, I felt a bit of sadness….. as I felt with their departure, that I was saying goodbye to friends. Simply put, this company gets (and deserves) my highest unqualified recommendation. Jose….. you are running a great company and you have hired an exemplary staff, thank you for a job well done. We have future projects and they will be directed your way, as will any referrals that I can send your way. Thank you and God bless. Please commend each and every member of your company who participated in my project, I wish that I could personally thank each one of them. Being a former military veteran, I salute you…. a gentleman’s demonstration of respect and honor.

Armex did a big, for us, remodel, complete master bath, all baseboards, all interior doors, front door and pool to bath door. They did a wonderful job! Always there when they said they would be and cleaned up after themselves. They did some extra work, repairing an exterior wall that was leaking from a recent renovation after Ian that was gooned up by a different contractor. Highly recommend Armex and, in particular Jose Soto, project manager. They were great for us….

We have hired numerous contractors over the years. Brian and his crew are simply the best. I cannot say enough about just how good they are. We did the Kitchen and adjacent guest bathroom concurrently. Under Brian's leadership both jobs were executed flawlessly. They arrived on time, did the job perfectly and cleaned up every day. Clearly they take pride in their work and it shows. We have a couple additional jobs we are planning, and Armex / Brain will be doing those jobs as well. I need to do a special shout out to the guys, Ignacio, Pepe, and Charlie for the care and attention to details in the completion of the Kitchen and guest bathroom renovations. Armex Construction was great! They did their job at a fair price and cleaned everything up when they were done. Jose Soto-Gerena was so friendly and followed up to make sure everything was good. I will definitely hire them again when needed.

Recently completed lanai encapsulation, guest bath shower, kitchen backsplash, and new kitchen work space. Everyone form Armex were professional and the tradesmen/women (cabinet installers, dry waller, painters, counter top installers, flooring, and tile)did outstanding work! Projects were completed on schedule with no delays. Would not hesitate to recommend them for your project, large or small.

Contacted Armex for estimate to replace lanai ceiling price was good. The service was Excellent & the staff was easy to work with. Contractors arrived on time very professional, knowledgeable & cleaned up after each step of the project. Jose, Pepe, Marco, Maryann & Nick top shelf. Constant communication with Jose & Gary kept me in the loop. Follow up text & emails a week after completion to ensure customer satisfaction & all final paperwork received. Would hire them again without hesitation !!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Armex for a comprehensive home renovation project, and I can’t speak highly enough about their exceptional service. From start to finish, their professionalism was top-notch. I was on vacation during the renovation, and I was impressed by how well they took care of my home. Their communication was exemplary; they kept me updated with photos throughout the entire process, which truly gave me peace of mind.
The project included new flooring, drywall removal and modifications, updated electrical and plumbing, and the creation of a new pantry. Armex went above and beyond by not only handling these tasks with skill but also by removing an unwanted light fixture and repairing a ceiling crack. Their attention to detail and commitment to meeting my needs were apparent in every aspect of their work.
They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and understanding of my vision. They supervised every phase of the job meticulously, ensuring that everything was completed to perfection. I highly recommend the Armex Team for your next remodel or project. Their team is highly professional and communicative on scheduling or any changes that might come up. Our remodel was completed on time and even when the unexpected happened (in our case one kitchen cabinet was delayed by the manufacturer) they worked around it and did not let it slow the progress or overall completion time of the project. Our project manager, Jose S. was excellent and with a keener and more detailed eye than I have previously experienced with a variety of contractors!
