SHOULD BE 0 STARS! This store is for the desperate who cannot set up an honest phone service elsewhere. I have been with AT&T over 20 years. Curtis will sell you a scam plan, then his shady "district manager " (John) will upcharge you. I was incorrectly charged $155. No worries, 1 phone call reimbursed what these idiots tried to scam me over. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE with CROOKED CURTIS & JOKER JOHN-NOT A LEGIT AT&T Store!!!!!

The store is always really clean and the guys are very nice every time. I came in here the other day after a terrible experience at another store and the guys here solved all my problems very fast.

This store is awesome. I was treated with the upmost respect and by a gentleman with a beard and tattoos. His name started with a C I seem to have forgotten his full name. He took care of me and was able to connect my device and I left the store smiling. Amazing work ethic. THANK YOU

Curtis has helped my 92 year old father many times with his new flip phone. He’s been very helpful and patient with him. It makes me feel very good that this employee is here for my father as I live hours away. Thank you so much Curtis and AT&T for the great customer service and for actually taking the time to teach my father how to operate a phone.

Great staff, I was in quick informed, sold and out the door. The new manager, Alexei, informed me about all my questions and Ely solved all my issues by transferring all my info from my phone to the new one. I'm definitely making this my go to At&t store.

Here at 10am this morning. Waited til 10:10. The is store closed. Nobody in sight. You can see through the window and tell nobody has been there, phones are not out on racks.Is this how AT&T allows there stores to be run. What a poor way to loose a customer.

This store is a fraud. I bought an iphone13 pro during a promo where if you trade in your old phone you get 800 off the 1200 cost. I asked the manager for a copy of my agreement and he wouldn't give it to me. I am now being charged the full price of the iPhone 13 .. and I gave them my old phone

Came in for a screen replacement, staff was very kind and attentive. Their management has definitely improved since I was last hereAlexei and Nicole were extremely professional when I had questions about my line also.
