Great staff, I was in quick informed, sold and out the door. The new manager, Alexei, informed me about all my questions and Ely solved all my issues by transferring all my info from my phone to the new one. I'm definitely making this my go to At&t store.

Here at 10am this morning. Waited til 10:10. The is store closed. Nobody in sight. You can see through the window and tell nobody has been there, phones are not out on racks.Is this how AT&T allows there stores to be run. What a poor way to loose a customer.

This store is a fraud. I bought an iphone13 pro during a promo where if you trade in your old phone you get 800 off the 1200 cost. I asked the manager for a copy of my agreement and he wouldn't give it to me. I am now being charged the full price of the iPhone 13 .. and I gave them my old phone

Came in for a screen replacement, staff was very kind and attentive. Their management has definitely improved since I was last hereAlexei and Nicole were extremely professional when I had questions about my line also.

Watch out for Michael J he will tell you your getting accessories free but behind your back you're being put on a payment plan for them. The AT&T store on Santa Barbara are much better people to deal with.

If I could give more stars, I would. I started off with a horrible AT&T experience, but Nicole (employee) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. She went above and beyond, stayed past her working hours, and spent countless collective hours on the phone with support for me. I cannot thank her enough for turning this experience around for me and making sure my issues were resolved.

Michael Johnson was very personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. That guy knows his phones, and how to explain the differences to us non-techy people. My wife is super happy with her new phone, and when I need to replace mine, I'll be back.

I give zero stars. Customer service is so uninviting. Only one person knew what she was doing. And 2nd employee was rude and unhelpful.Couldn't answer our questions.

Your employee, Michael Johnson, couldn't have been more professional or kind. After all I've been through with the hurricane, he was the best experience I've had in a week and even longer. I'm in the service business, and I have to tell you that he is the epitome of customer service. If I was you, I would promote him. What a great guy!

Amazing Customer Service. Walked in to buy accessories for my iPhone 13. Michael Johnson in Cape Coral was informative, professional and I walked out with a pop socket as well. I had a question about a phone issue and he was extremely helpful. Never did I feel rushed and a bother. This is the only ATT store for me!
