AMAZING service, my brother’s phone was really messed up and he had to transfer all his data onto a different phone. It was a difficult task but the manger managed to complete it and she was really nice and patient. Overall best AT&T experience I have ever had!⭐️

I was very disappointed in the services of this company. How is it possible that I am paying 2 years and 4 months for my phone insurance and my device is now giving me problems and telling me that there is no solution because it is already obsolete on the market (iPhone 12) what a lack of respect, theft and deception customers. I do not recommend AT&T even to the worst person in the world. Look for another company that is more serious and respects its customers.

We have been at the store three times and every time we go there no one even acknowledges us if they’re working with other customers, they don’t say we will be with you for a minute. They’ll just go on and talk to the other customers and ignore everyone else in the store it’s despicable. These people need to be fired or trained properly because I’ve never experienced Such bad customer service at any store that I’ve been in. .

Terrible service from the local manager, and she left us waiting for a long time without even explaining it to us. I also saw her treat another customer very badly in front of me because I only asked her if there was no one else in the store to assist. I hope you listen to my complaint.

The manager of the place is the most unpleasant in the world. He spoke ill of those who were waiting in line. When I approached her to ask a question she was extremely rude and told me if you don't like it get out of my store. The but experience, I wanted to launch a line with this company but with this experience, believe me, not.
