Horrible service and waste of time. Harley wasted my time and when I came back after an hour the other sales rep who I had to ask for help finally explained everything step by step. All the sales rep all look like they don’t want to be there or willing to help but brag the work on commission.

People avoid doing contracts with att the sales people lie to you just to get the sale
Then when you have issues with the line billing or etc nobody can’t help you they make you call a customer service you can get representatives that are all around the world and they don’t even know what they talk about.
I just came to this location requesting help and the sales associate literally laughed at my mother’s face.

I have now spent over six hours trying to have my service transferred from AT&T to consumer cellular. AT&T said my number is unlocked and ready to transfer. However, when we try to process it, AT&T says my number is blocked and will not process it. I get a message saying my phone number is not portable, I owe AT&T nothing. I will never recommend AT&T.

Got a weird vibe in the store as soon as me and my wife walked in. Didn’t even get a chance to get the guys name or anything….absolutely no help at all. I was told to go to that store so I could return 2 phones. Before I could even get a chance to explain the situation or even ask a question homie says if I take them I’m charging a hundred dollars!! I just turned around and walked right back out because homie legit didn’t seem like he was even interested in helping me out in the first place. Glad we chose to stick with Verizon

Good afternoon. I recommend that people who want to obtain a service with this company please do not do so so that they do not experience what I am experiencing right now. A couple of months ago I took out 2 phones on credit, 2 Galaxy S24 Ultra, giving 2 new Samsung phones and ended up paying only 300 or so dollars and this company is charging me for a more expensive plan without my authorization, they generate the invoice and force you to pay it and if I want to change lines they tell me that I lose my credit and I have to pay for the 2 phones that I got for a thousand or so each and the 2 phones that I gave They don't give it back to me, that is, they steal it from me. They also force me to have to stay with them for 36 months. If I don't have to pay, it's no longer 300 or so, but rather a thousand or so dollars for each phone number and the phone numbers that I gave them. To my credit, they did not return them to me. I mean, don't fall into this unfair trap, it's so immoral, it's the worst company, don't get anything on credit with them and read very carefully what they make you sign. Let's help other people not to fall into this so unintentionally.

My experience in particular was the worst, the guy who helped me treated me as if I didn't want to work by telling you what I told him to get a mobile and he told me no because it was very expensive 🤣🤣🤣 as if he were going to give me The $ I don't understand is there to sell or I don't know if it will be paid for by another company to try to prevent people from buying there I don't know the truth that is my experience with it, but I have been on another occasion and a girl treated me very kind and attentive, draw your own conclusions

I was greeting people because I was so embarrassed for them not greeting.. Garbage management! The only way to get service is to report them to FCC! Then they called me!
