Bald headed dude in the gray shirt that refused to help me even though I was next in line and already waited 15 mins for him to finish with the customer he was already help for some dude he knows to skip the whole line(that had three other people waiting) and just goes right to help this person instead of the other people already waiting. And to just ignore us when confront with on it. Whatever worse customer service. Shut out to the old man in the glasses that stop what he was doing to help.

Went in to replace battery and manager didn’t let employee do it cause it’s was getting late even tho it was still early. Store manager doesn’t care about the customers and sits down on his phone. Employees there are great though

I have been a loyal customer of AutoZone for over 20 years. I turned wrenches on the side. I’m in them all the time. And all the years of working on vehicles doing a customer exchange warranty I have never met a group of more incompetent staff from the people that worked the register who do not speak a lick of English, who just look like a deer in headlights to the most incompetent manager I’ve ever met. I bought a set of brake calipers and pads. The right caliper got stuck so I wanted to do a warranty exchange being one caliper, one pair of pads only the incompetent manager kept on telling me I have to bring both sides in . I’m only need one. I’m exchanging it with one side only I could not talk to that level of stupidity. I left that place very angry. Luckily there’s another AutoZone 2 miles down the street walked in and walked out with a couple minutes as a person who manages lots of people I would fire that whole staff. It’s great to be bilingual. I enjoyed it. I appreciate it, but when they don’t speak any English at all , you effing kidding me
The only way I’ll ever go in that building again is if I see under new management

I am a loyal customer of this store and I always get the best service from their workers. Today Armando helped me, an excellent worker. I recommend him to anyone who needs spare parts for their cars. The best service.

Called for a part they said they have it. Got there waited 25 min by myself in line. Employee was helping someone however after 5 min it turned into a conversation unrelated to auto. Employee and customer both stood in front of the additives and cleaning supplies while customer talked on the phone and Employee just watching him. The Employee didn't care I was waiting for 25 minutes it was more important to watch a customer on the phone and to stand around. After 25 min of wasting my time I was told they didn't have it. By the way i Called 15 min before arrival and asked for part to be put aside. Also Employee was clueless on auto parts. I would not buy here, also not one person in the store speaks English fluently so there's a problem with communication. Never shopping at autozone due to always slow service, poor quality parts, poor customer service and they give you the correct part 50% of the time. Avoid this location. Napa or advanced are much better options and you won't be waiting in line for 25 minutes or more

Lazy, unprofessional and useless = yes, this sums up the crew (including and especially the manager who should not be a manager of anything!) at this specific AutoZone location. My family and I have been AutoZone customers for years and we have NEVER experienced such apathy and disrespect. Avoid this location at all costs!

Do not go to this Auto Zone. They are extremely unprofessional and lazy. Our windshield wiper broke suddenly and it was raining. We came into this Auto Zone to get it fixed. The manager and staff refused to assist us because it was raining. We had to drive to a different store to get our windshield wipers fixed ( a task that the other store staff did with no issues) They were rude and the flat out refusal of service seems to be racially motivated. ( my husband is black- he was with our kids and my mother in law). We were visiting from out of town. My husband has been an Auto Zone customer for years, and he has never been treated with such disrespect. Avoid this store at all costs.
