I live in Florida; my Bank of America is located in Cape Coral. Item: Working with Bank of America has been a disaster. I have a savings in my account which I wanted to invest into a Bank of America's CDIf you want to save yourself some heart ache, I suggest you read this through.I called Bank of America asking about the logistics to invest into purchasing a CD. I made an appointment, then went in to the bank to speak with a lady about purchasing a CD I was told the following; When my CD is mature BOA will send me a letter a week before my CD is Due. If I do not respond within a week, BOA will roll my CD over into another CD. Which of course will be at a disastrous lower rate. I told the bank agent this is ridiculous. I told her I have a checking and savings account with your BOA, and my house mortgage is with BOA. Why can't you just roll my money from the CD. into one of my accounts. Her answer was we don't do that. I said to her that's your answer, she just shrugged her shoulders. This is what I have come to understand about BOA. They want you to forget about your high-rate CD so they can place your money into another CD at a ridiculous lower rate. I looked her right in the face and said this is a very sad way of doing business. Two days later the same financial officer called me and stated the following: Mr. Hersche I have talked with my manager and he said we can just hold your monies in a dead account until you decide what to do. I agreed to that and made an appointment to see her the next week to purchase a CD. Three days later she called and stated: Mr. Hersche, I talked with my manager again. He said we cannot just hold your money. How ridiculous is that, it's actually quite scary. You tell one thing and three days later change your mind. How can I trust this bank with my money. A simple transaction such as purchasing a CD and they could not give me a straight answer.Item: Anytime I go to any BOA, the lines at the teller windows are always long and very slow. To many of their drive throughs are closed. The BOA has become far too large and they just do not care about customer service. BOA wants to teach us to be more automated, this our course means less employees and saves BOA money. They want us to use the ATM's and App" A few years ago, I noticed 24,000 was taken from my account. I told BOA you need to correct this immediately. They place the money back into my account. I asked them several times why did this happen. They never gave me an answer. It's time for me to search for another bank.

I have been coming to this Bank of America for over 10 years now and it is the best location in Cape Coral. Naresh is always so helpful and very diligent, he has taught me a lot about banking as a client. Great guy.

This branch had 3 tellers on when I entered with a line out the door ( literally outside ) then it went to 2 tellers down to one teller. There were other people working there but they didn't jump in. Terrible service!

My partner and I just moved from Texas. We needed assistance and Juana was quick, friendly, and a delight to work with. If customer service is like this everywhere in Cape Coral, I'm going to be extremely happy. Thanks again, Juana!

Terrible service, long lines. Never have more than 1 teller on line. Manager is useless. Better banks with great service out there like Synovus.

1 teller no matter how busy the bank is. Big business they don't care about the people they serve.

I only had positive experiences - especially with Diana Gonzales :-) She's the best. Everything worked out very well. I am very satisfied with Bank of America at 1707 Del Prado and the staff.

Why do these banks need 4 financial advisors, 2 managers, but only 1 teller. At 1030am on a Tuesday still 6 people in line. They want everyone to use ATM to bank, but of course mist people over 55 have used tellers all their life. Managers could care less or ever try to help speed up the process.
