Bank of America has always treated my family kindly. A few weeks ago was our first visit to this location on Skyline and just like the others we’ve been to they were very helpful, quick and super friendly.

Worst banking experience ever! I have been a customer for almost 40 years, starting with Nations Bank. I have watched the service continually deteriorate. I tried to get $$ from their ATM today, and the machine shut down without giving me money. So I wanted to talk to a teller. They do not open until 10 am, and there were 12 people in line by 9:55. I waited in line for 30 minutes while 7-8 employees milled around and one poor teller did most of the work. I was told by a walking around lady that the ATMs were Loomis, not BoA's responsibility. Really? Does BoA not contract with Loomis, and hope most customers will withdraw from the ATM, rather than with a human? One fellow finally helped the other teller - why is no one else required to help when the line is long? When I left, there were still 8 folks in line. 5/3 and Chase are looking good....

This is the worst Bank of America I have ever been to. The staff literally goes out of their way to be unhelpful. They take breaks when lines get long and ignore customers even during times of crisis. Management should definitely take a close look at the staff at this location!!!!

This is the worst Bank of America location, even before Covid! Customer service is consistently pathetic. Never get accurate info. Today was no exception. I tried to deposit a check made payable to myself & the bank. Teller told me to call their mortgage dept for authorization code & claimed it takes 1-2 days. I went to my car & called & had authorization 5 min later, BUT now the branch had closed. I was able to talk through the glass, but no one could care less if I had access to my large check over long weekend or not. I would not even have an account with Bank of America if they were not my mortgage holder.

This is far the worst banking experience I've ever had in this building. First off I had questions about a transfer I did, and nobody could tell me the different type of transfers if it was wire/ACH. And the whole time just said it was wire. So the lady at the front counter just printed out my transaction history which I already know about the transfer and the confirmation # and tells me there it is. I responded I know but I need to know the type of transfer it was and should could not tell me but asked the other teller and he had no idea about the difference in transfers. They referred me to somebody else in the office and he just jotted a number on a post it and said call there and they'll be able to help you. So do they literally just place un trained employees on one building and expect it to operate? Not to mention the call service was horrific, and no help what so ever.

This is by far the worst of the Branch's. The manager is rude and the line is always out the door. This is every time at this location. The lack of care or concern is astonishing.

I had excellent customer service. I set up an appointment and was treated like royalty. My spouse and I are happy we don't have to travel far away from our neighborhood. Extermely thank ful for the under staff establishment for doing there best. While stressful enviorments make some react, I say plan ahead. Marine Corps saying, " A complaining Marine is a happy Marine" looks like we have alot of happy people visiting this bank. Again thank you for the assistance while I visit your establishment and don't have to worry about traffic. Quick suggestion : an extra employee would probably assist in wait times.

No service. Caught them LYING! Avoid.. My ATM card was compromised so I drove over to report it and get a temporary card to pay my bills today. Skyline said the single rep was tied up all day. They suggested I go to Bell Tower shops or North Fort Myers, their only other locations open on Saturday. Drove to Bell Tower shops. There they said the single rep was tied up. I asked them to call North Ft. Myers. They went to back room came back and said they set it up and my waiting period there would be 20 min. Drove to North Ft. Myers. They said nobody had called called them about me and the waiting period would be 2 hrs. which was past closing. One of the last two were obviously giving me a bold faced lie. I wasted more than 2 hours driving to all these locations and near 60 miles. I want to sue them for any late fees and credit problems incurred by their avoidance to provide a temporary card. They all tell me they are terribly backed up on Saturdays and I could see the long lines. It is obvious that not only local management but corporate management have decided to deny service to customers by not having adequate staff working as needed. I can report the fraud online but not get a temporary card. Find a bank that gives you service..

When they decided to get rid of the drive thru window, which was never open anyway, they also got rid of service. The last time I was in there the line had 22 people waiting for service and only one teller. There were other employees doing nothing. We counted ten people come in and turn around and walk out. They hardly pay any interest on our money, so what are they giving us for the use of our money? It is not service. If they close one more bank in my area, I will have to drive 30 minutes to get to the bank.

Don't even bother talking to anyone here via phone, if ya can get threw. After realizing that your calls get even more frustrating and you decide your gonna go there in person, which they will tell you to not come there and to call the customer service line. Let me save you some hassles. GO THERE!!! And don't even speak your problem to anyone... Just ask for the branch manager!!! No one in the entire building can do anything, except him.... Oh, and he is very nice to deal with, unlike the rest of the "SASSY" Staff... I can't believe that I'm banking here again.... This company is S***.... Hence the reason I left them in 2000.... WACHOVIA!!!! What Happened!!!!!
