Needed to deposit two large FEMA checks. Took 25 minutes to get through the line because the computers were down. There was an electrician working in the ATM lane. Staff said that the downtime was scheduled. Poor timing. A dozen people on line behind me from 11a to 12p. Should have closed this branch and left the Pelican branch open.

Opened a checking account and trying to link account to another account and wont let me. Customer service transferred me all around, on the phone for an hr with a simple request. They still could not help me. Ridiculous.

What is the point of this location if it's never open?Monday at noon and can't even access the inside of this place to get anything. It's the only BOA in my area and I never see the place open.

I waited 20 minutes to get waited on. Not everyone in FL is retired. A women was behind the teller and a fourth person comes in and she comes forward and states that she will wait on the fourth person. At that time we have been waiting 10 Minutes. The three of us waiting looked at each other and wonder if we are chop liver. Once I am at the window the teller tells me that I need to go to the table and make out a deposit slip and get back in line. There are now 6 people waiting. This is the first time that a BOA Teller tells me that she will not give me a deposit slip. I have been waiting for 20 minutes! It is unusual for me to go into the bank. And I will not go back any time soon. At that time I left the bank. Poor customer service!

Opened a bank account a month ago, asked for checks ( Which are free only at time of opening an account)didn't receive them went back in 2 weeks later asked them again about the status of my checks and they still weren't ordered I asked again today and hoping they will be sent,my problem is now I have to pay for my own checks I should have for free? I also would have to pay for a cashiers check from them ,not to mention after several attempts in the bank and at home i still am unable to check my balances ,their mobile app. Refuses to let me sign in! yet they are holding all my money where do I benefit from banking with BOA?why aren't you taking responsibility for the issue ?

Great service when I first opened an account and had a good sized check in my hand then 4 days later when I got $30 in my account they close my account and refused to tell me why saying they have the right to refuse to give me an explanation yelling me to "go to Wells Fargo" they take anybody saying it like I'm a nobody
