After 2 and a 1/2 weeks of having online banking issues and visiting another of the Bank of America local branch 2 times, I then went into the branch on skyline. It was a busy Friday. I got there at 10.It took a while to have service rep assist me but when they did, They not only resolve to my issue but spent 2 hours with me to make sure it was resolved client representative relations service rep Laura Nutt Took the time to figure out the problems by calling online. Banking help, and I walked out of there 2 hours later as a satisfied customer. Thank you, Laura!

This branch, one of the busiest BOA has, is now closed on Saturday mornings....what the...???!!! BOA is to the point to where they should just tell their customers they don't want them to go bank with another institution as these people have no clue....no idea what "good" customer service is. Anyone can see from the reviews how terrible Bank of America has become...yet it is a comedy to see how they are using AI to respond to all the negative reviews. Wonder what AI's response to this review will be??

Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. Not only did they close all the drive-thrus. But you don't even have the ability to see a teller. Just some joker with an iPad. If it was easy to move the mortgage to another bank, I would do it in heartbeat.

Worst banking experience ever! I have been a customer for almost 40 years, starting with Nations Bank. I have watched the service continually deteriorate. I tried to get $$ from their ATM today, and the machine shut down without giving me money. So I wanted to talk to a teller. They do not open until 10 am, and there were 12 people in line by 9:55. I waited in line for 30 minutes while 7-8 employees milled around and one poor teller did most of the work. I was told by a walking around lady that the ATMs were Loomis, not BoA's responsibility. Really? Does BoA not contract with Loomis, and hope most customers will withdraw from the ATM, rather than with a human? One fellow finally helped the other teller - why is no one else required to help when the line is long? When I left, there were still 8 folks in line. 5/3 and Chase are looking good....

Usually only 1 Teller and a line of 8+ people waiting. Opens at 10am. No drive-thru. No thanks

Arrived at 2pm on a Tuesday to cash a check. Left at 2:19pm. One teller, 8 people in line. No drive-thru teller.Previously attempted to open a business account several times with no luck. There was never any availability when walking in and they never answer their phone.Judging by the multitude of other negative reviews, this location clearly has a managerial issue.Currently at 5/3 down the road where I opened my business account. No line here.

Never fails. This location has the worst customer service. Line to tellers is outside the door. Would change banks but haven't seen good reviews about any others.

This is the worst Bank of America I have ever been to. The staff literally goes out of their way to be unhelpful. They take breaks when lines get long and ignore customers even during times of crisis. Management should definitely take a close look at the staff at this location!!!!

This bank is very very busy but the staff are very helpful and kind!! I have always had a great experience coming here and dealing with any one I have worked with. Make an appointment if you can to get quicker service. The outside guard even helped me one time change my flat tire! Now that is service ladies and gentlemen!! Thank you Zach for a great transaction today.

This office is absolutely the worst BoA. The entire experience is negative. As you approach the door a very unfriendly guard direct your every move. He manages who you talk to, where you sit, where you stand, how close you stand, etc. The employees are sparse, but hiding all around in areas with no customer activity. There is typical one teller and a teller in training. There is another half dozen or so doing something except helping customers. The typical visit has 7-10 people in front of you and it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to do the simplest of transactions. I really hate this place. I have since opened an account at Truist and have been pleasantly surprised. I am not too sure how long I will remain with BoA, but I suspect not too much longer. Their app is great and their network of banks is good. If you wanted to be treated like a “customer”, don’t go here

Literally the worst bank I’ve ever gone to. Profiled a family member and myself. And said they weren’t comfortable with me in depositing a 900 dollar personal check. Would t explain why either. We’re very rude. I will be making an appointment to come down there and withdraw the 13.6 million dollars out of our family business account and take our business to an establishment that isn’t a laughing stock. The manager and tellers are awful here. I hope that measly 900 dollar check was worth the loss of business and acquired interest.
