Worst costumer service every time I come into this bank .The workers never want to help you, you can tell their trying to rush and get rid of you as soon as possible . They always want to just send you a link so you can do it your self , if i could do it myself I would and I wouldn’t be coming into your store trust me , last time coming to this store.

This is by far the best Bank of America experience. I had to rush in for a couple of transactions to get money ready to close escrow on a real estate deal. Every employee was professional, business teller very efficient, the Indian fellow (sorry if I'm mistaken) was extremely tentative and professional. This is my main go to location from now on.

I walked into this bank over the weekend to help a friend who is hard of hearing. I was very impressed with the two gentlemen who helped us. Both were very patient and kind and gave us several options on how to fix the issue we had. They could have easily been frustrated at our situation and been in a hurry to get as through as they closed in an hour. Thank you to the kind employee and manager for your help and patience!

I live in Florida; my Bank of America is located in Cape Coral. Item: Working with Bank of America has been a disaster. I have a savings in my account which I wanted to invest into a Bank of America's CDIf you want to save yourself some heart ache, I suggest you read this through.I called Bank of America asking about the logistics to invest into purchasing a CD. I made an appointment, then went in to the bank to speak with a lady about purchasing a CD I was told the following; When my CD is mature BOA will send me a letter a week before my CD is Due. If I do not respond within a week, BOA will roll my CD over into another CD. Which of course will be at a disastrous lower rate. I told the bank agent this is ridiculous. I told her I have a checking and savings account with your BOA, and my house mortgage is with BOA. Why can't you just roll my money from the CD. into one of my accounts. Her answer was we don't do that. I said to her that's your answer, she just shrugged her shoulders. This is what I have come to understand about BOA. They want you to forget about your high-rate CD so they can place your money into another CD at a ridiculous lower rate. I looked her right in the face and said this is a very sad way of doing business. Two days later the same financial officer called me and stated the following: Mr. Hersche I have talked with my manager and he said we can just hold your monies in a dead account until you decide what to do. I agreed to that and made an appointment to see her the next week to purchase a CD. Three days later she called and stated: Mr. Hersche, I talked with my manager again. He said we cannot just hold your money. How ridiculous is that, it's actually quite scary. You tell one thing and three days later change your mind. How can I trust this bank with my money. A simple transaction such as purchasing a CD and they could not give me a straight answer.Item: Anytime I go to any BOA, the lines at the teller windows are always long and very slow. To many of their drive throughs are closed. The BOA has become far too large and they just do not care about customer service. BOA wants to teach us to be more automated, this our course means less employees and saves BOA money. They want us to use the ATM's and App" A few years ago, I noticed 24,000 was taken from my account. I told BOA you need to correct this immediately. They place the money back into my account. I asked them several times why did this happen. They never gave me an answer. It's time for me to search for another bank.

I have been coming to this Bank of America for over 10 years now and it is the best location in Cape Coral. Naresh is always so helpful and very diligent, he has taught me a lot about banking as a client. Great guy.

If I could give them less than zero, I would. I went in for a simple notary, and they made me wait 30 minutes without any indication of when I might be seen. I was forced to go to FedEx who is able to do the notary in under two minutes horrible business, horrible back. I’m withdrawing my money, and I will never look back.

We thank so much Naresh Baiai for his professional help and such good care for his customers. Being a foreign client, we were pressed for time. Only thanks to Naresh's effort and assistance we were able to set up everything before we fly back home. Thank you for your time and professional help. We really appreciate it!

This branch is the slowest bank I have ever been too. There was only 4 people in line in front of me and it took an hour and a half for me to get to the teller. The tellers were completely clueless on what to do, they kept asking each other how to do this and how to do that. It took them soo long just to cash a check. To top it off he customer service was horrible, they looked right through the people waiting in line, just acted like we weren't even there.Glad I don't bank with boa personally
