Brenda is exceptional! She consistently goes the extra mile for my requests. Recently, I ordered a costume cake for my Commander for the third time. I shared pictures of what I wanted, and Brenda exceeded expectations in capturing every detail. Grateful for your outstanding service, Brenda!

I ordered a cake January 16th 2023 for my fiancé graduation party on July 4th. The cake came out to 508.00. I was specific with the details of the cake and went over them on the phone. I paid the cake in full the same day in Jan. April 14th I touched base again to make sure that we had everything set for July 4th. Saturday before the event I text again and asked if the cake would be ready. Monday I got a call from Brenda asking some details about the cake. I answered all her questions and reviewed the order again. For a cake reference of what I was looking for I used a picture from BBs website. When I picked up my order the cake was all white. NOTHING like we had discussed. I painted the cake myself with my family hours before the event. To pay 508 dollars for a cake and to have to paint it myself is unacceptable. The cake was dry and hard inside, no flavor, and to my conclusion that it was done rushed. The details were unbelievably messy and uneven. The yellow shapes on the helmet looked like a last minute cut and so forth with the edges of the book and hose. It’s so upsetting to have to fix a cake that I paid so much money for and ordered in advance. I will NEVER recommend this baker/company or use her again. Heartbreaking. If I could add a picture I would.

Brenda at BB's Unique Cakes left us speechless with our wedding cake. Our jaws literally dropped when we saw it on our wedding day. We provided an inspiration photo, and she FAR exceeded our expectations.Not only did we receive countless compliments on the taste, texture, appearance of our cake; she was organized, easy to reach, & knowledgeable with requests for important details in order to ensure seamless delivery/coordination with our venue. We would recommend her to anyone and will absolutely use her in the future!!

Brenda has made two cakes for me and both were outstanding! Beautiful cakes and delicious as well!The most recent cake was for my husband's 60th bday. The cake was a masterpiece and exactly what I asked for! I would HIGHLY recommend using Brenda for your next special event!

I ordered a custom cake for my husband’s birthday and prepaid the delivery fee. Because hurricane Ian destroyed the VRBO that I had rented, the party was cancelled. I reached out to Brenda for a refund since I cancelled 6 weeks out. The cake was not made nor delivered, ingredients were not purchased. She has not responded to texts or emails. I’m out $300

Brenda was wonderful. We are from out of town and were nervous because we had never seen or tasted her work before booking. She is a great communicator, worked with us to capture exactly what we wanted, and made beautiful cupcake centerpieces for my son’s rehearsal dinner exactly as I had envisioned. They were a huge hit, and no one could believe they were cupcakes even after we told them. 5 stars!! Would highly recommend! Plus the cupcakes were delicious!

Have not one Complaint Cake was amazing both husband and wife were very helpful and explaining how to take care of the cake before it was cut came on vacation for my wife’s 30th she loved the cake they did amazing thank you guys

Great cake! We were vacationing and wanted something special for our son's birthday. I sent a few photos with some ideas and gave her the freedom to design something wonderful for us. Very professional and the nicest person I have met in a very long time. The quality and the details of the cake were phenomenal! The cake was on time and it looked better then the picture I sent her. Perfect birthday cake for my daughters birthday party from looks to taste 10/10 and to mention that they take there time packaging and securing the cake at the time of pick up to make sure it arrives the same way you pick it up. For sure has my business for all future events I plan on hosting!!!
