This bank is terrible, they close my account because a client gave me a bad check, it is not my fault, they keep my money, they open an investigation, it took them almost 3 months to see that I am not a fraud, they made my clients go to write a notarized letter that they gave me those checks, my clients did it, how disrespectful for them, after they decided to give me back my 5 thousand dollars, they tell me that I cannot open another account with them, that makes me think that they still think that I am a fraud, I went with my SS license passport, I almost had to bring my grandparents, horrible, they should close the bank thruis,

If there is an award for the branch with the worst customer service, this branch will win by a landslide.
Even if you try you can’t be worse than them.
I walk in to open a business checking account. The guy behind the counter tells me I have to make an appointment.
I turn around and there is no other client there and 3 bankers just sitting at their desk looking at their cell phones.
I ask if he can check.
I am sitting there for 15 minutes and hear the banker talk to someone about her problems with her boyfriend. At one point I got up and just left. Ridiculous!!
I would have opened a business account that runs $100’s of thousand dollars through it a year. Well, another bank might appreciate me more.

If you want great, professional customer service, I would highly recommend to go to Truist on Del Prado S.!!! The Santa Barbara/Veterans location has consistently provided poor service all around.

I understand that there are appoitments, but if I arrive before the bank is there and there is no one there, out of ethics they should not wait almost 20 minutes for the person who has their appointment, but also they do not try to help Hispanic people who do not speak English and they even make fun of it (I witnessed it between the cashier and the office lady) and that is discrimination too, to work with the public they must be more human, otherwise they are not prepared for their work position

Worst bank you could possibly have an account with. They dont answer calls and hold checks 6-12 days.

Awful customer service since the merger. Ir is no longer customer centered SunTrust, that's for sure. No one answers a call at the branch offices and you have to physically go to the bank for help. Forget the 800#. You just get an automated computer and eventually wind up being disconnected.
