Zero star service. We purchased a cuisinart frying pan. Cashier told us that if we were members of their club, we wouldn’t need to save the receipt, our purchase would be saved under our phone number. I’ve encountered this before, so was happy they had this policy. We used the pan once and all of the coating started to flake off so we decided to return it. No receipt, no problem, right? Wrong. The employee handling the return said they don’t do that and who told us they did? She was extremely rude about it, as well. Accusatory. Called manager over. Also incredibly rude. Said she wouldn’t take it back even if we had the receipt. It’s a shame. I had really liked Beall’s before this. I’m just glad there are lots of other places to shop around here.
