Cape Coral has a lot of elderly. Most would need a shopping cart to assist them around the store. There are no carts which seems to be Belks policy. I had to turn around and leave. They should think of the demographics of the area. They say they want it to be a boutique experience. Belks is no more a boutique than I am Miss America

I just found this store and I lo e it. The sales are great and the salesperson, Leas, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
She is an asset to the store!!

Store clerk closed the fitting room at 7:30 pm on 2/18/2025 just as I was going in to try on a few shirts. Store closes at 8:00 pm. I guess an extra couple mins was too much to ask. Poor customer experience.

Looking for men's shorts by brand. Inventory not organized. Sizes and brands all over the place. Rest rooms are always in need of service. Soap tp cleaning. This vent has been filthy for at least a year. Can't find a way to report on the web page. I've reported before, but the cashier could not find a manager.
