“I want to start this review by saying if you enjoy a laid-back environment that is not in any way sales orientated or pushy to find your dream dress, then RUN to this shop! Betsy and Heather are amazing at what they do. Heather was so patient and caring while helping me find my dream wedding dress and all the accessories that I got with it. Betsy remedied my veil problem for me and I am so thankful! I also want to give a shoutout to their seamstress/ master of dress alterations Maria Pardo. Maria is awesome at what she does. “I wanted to leave a review for the store and their staff that is run by a great leader. Her name is Heather. She made me feel so seen and heard and made this such an easy experience. She was able to resolve my concern regarding size. I’m a person that can go up and down and fluctuate due to Always being on the go go latina and being very active Athlete I was worried about not being able to fit for my brothers wedding. Heather resolved my concern by having address in a higher size be delivered to the store just so I can have a piece of mine and have both sizes ready Customer service and I just wanted everyone to know that you will be treated like family if you come here for any special occasion and find the right dress..
