Worst customer experience I have had!
I was gifted Buff City Soap for Christmas and wanted to try more, so I visited their Cape Coral location today.
Never felt so unwanted as a consumer - as if I was a bother. Not to mention, rude. Did not get the employee's name, but I do recall she had colorful hair.
I will not be revisiting this location ever again.

If a visit to buff city soaps wasn’t exciting enough - the staff at this location will go over the top to make sure you have an amazing experience. We will certainly be back - allllll the way from Canada 🇨🇦! Thank you!!!!

Today has solidified me being a customer for life. I have been using their products for months. Not only do their products leave my skin feeling amazing, it's natural and great for sensitive skin. I've also fallen in love with their shower fizzes when I'm sick or feeling worn down, it's an amazing boost. It's also a great place to shop if you or others around you have allergies, everything is clearly labeled and the ingredients are quality.
I brought a friend in that has allergies to most skin products and for her to actually have a selection among most of the products is huge. She was also happy that they clearly display any common allergies on their products. Not only that, the customer service left us emotional. Between her allergies and my chronic issues they really listened to us and provided great product selection. We inquired about the discontinued shampoo bars and they gave us hope with an alternative that will likely be on the way in the future (we are excited to see what they whip up next if the shampoo bars don't come back) Additionally we both work in coffee and it sadly destroyed our hands. The lotion just about instantly removed the dryness and we will likely get another couple of bottles for the shop next week.
Thank you for the amazing experience and we will likely make this a part of our Friday routine. If you're looking to treat yourself or if you are having issues finding products that you can use please come here. They will listen to you and help find the best fit for your needs.

I wish I could give this 10 stars instead of 5. My daughter had her birthday party at Buff City Soap Cape Coral in January and had a fabulous time. This was our first party outside of the home and I cant believe I waited 10 years to do it. The staff was so friendly as we set up and waiting for all the girls to arrive. They were patient and so generous to the bday girl. I loved being able to bring my own snacks, drinks and cake. The were patient while we sang and opened up gifts. By the time that was done the bath bombs were packed and ready to go. If you are looking for an efficient yet memorable experience, I highly recommend a party at Buff City. I cant wait to book a moms night out next!

I love coming to this buff city, it's in my neighborhood and I feel like I know everyone by name. The location is nice and big and easy to navigate. The staff is super friendly and they seem very passionate about what they do. I love that everything is natural, they make their soap daily and in house. We do not have sensitivity to anything but we wanted to be more conscious of what we put in and on our bodies and we feel good about using any of their product. We purchase their clothing detergent a lot, and it's one of my families favorites. My hubby loves their body butter.

This has got to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. No wonder online shopping is taking over. I was gifted the lavender scented laundry powder which I do like. My first experience in the store I had a few questions. One girl answered me from the back of the store instead of walking over to help. The other woman ignored me completely as she was working on some hanging task. I wanted to purchase the lavender soap and noticed it wasn’t out on the shelves. So it had to be made. Two employees and I was the only customer shopping at the time. One disappeared to the back the one hanging the thing seemed perturbed that she was the one that had to mix a batch of lavender soap that took all but a minute. Handed me my soap and walked away. As I now stand at the cash register to check out she starts yelling for the one in the back to ring me out. I felt as if I was a bother to the employees that they actually had a customer to service.

I love this store. The choices of soaps is amazing! The best is when you take home and hang in your shower the scent lasts forever. It is also a wonderful fragrance remaining in your bathroom

Not only is this an affordable clean and economically sustainable store, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their own products. Their products always smell amazing and never fail to disappoint.

Buff City Soap is a bright, open shop that sells a variety of hand-made scented soap, bath bombs, lotions, laundry detergents, etc. They have a huge variety of scents ranging from floral to fruity to beachy and everything in between. The products make great gifts. The staff is friendly without hovering.

Love this place !! People there always kind to you and helpful. You want that soap bar in a lotion sent . Done in few mins. They make it right there for you. Love the deals ! I can't just get 1 thing. Love it !!

Always a great experience at this location. They have a large variety of scents that other locations don’t have. I always look forward to getting the text or email when they have a sale. The Christmas and holiday scents are the best! I bought a bunch and handed them out as gifts to my family, friends, and co-workers. I love that they’re safe for sensitive skin, so no one is uncomfortable using it.
