I had my car repair done here. I would highly recommend them. They did a beautiful job on the repairs, returned it to me cleaner than they received it and bent over backwards to accommodate me. They are professional, courteous and kind. You won't be disappointed in their service or work!

I am very disappointed in this Caliber Collision. While waiting for USAA to pick my Camaro up after Caliber said it needed to go to the dealer, they left it unsecured and unlocked over the weekend in the back of their parking lot. I saw it when I drove by, wondering why it was still there, when it was supposed to be at the dealership. I discovered it not only unlocked, but partially open on the driver side. It was soaked inside because the original damage to the sunroof had allowed water from the rains in and the driver's door was left ajar. Someone had taken the registration out of the glovebox and left it open. and it was almost out of gas. I was pissed. The seats have new leather coverings that cost me $1,900 and I'm certain that if they weren't soaking wet, someone had intended to steal them. I drove my rental back home to get my wife and spare key and I drove it home because I didn't know who had the keys. I expected Caliber to call me the next day about it, but I have never heard from them in the 2 weeks since I discovered it there. They never called me or USAA. I'm convinced this was possibly an inside job to either make my car disappear since it had been there for a couple weeks, or for someone to steal the new leather seats. They obviously knew they had the key and the car was gone, yet they never called me, USAA or the police to report it missing. Had they notified anyone they would have found out I had the car and was waiting for someone to give a damn that it was missing. It wasn't until USAA called me after 4 days to tell me my car was missing but Caliber still had the key , that I let them know I had it and had been waiting for someone to contact me about it. They said they assumed it was at the dealer and when they found out how Caliber had treated my vehicle, they says they intend to remove Caliber as a preferred vendor and rightfully so.

I've dealt with 2 caliber collisions and 1 rhymes with jest most. Caliber did a great job on both cars, both looked like they were fresh off the showroom floor, and Caliber was willing to work with me when I had an issue. I recommend Caliber, by far, over any other place I've been to.The other place I went to scrubs their reviews. When I went they made excuses for the poor workmanship, the smell in my car, the chipped paint, the rough edges etc. I ended up taking it to them 3 times for the same issue and finally gave up and accepted they were not going to do the job right. The final result looks like fingernail paint over the chip they caused, and they criticized me for having an issue with it. Don't be a s****** avoid jest most.

I dropped my car off for damage repair and was told it would be about 4 days. The price was fair considering the effort that was needed. Suzy was my service rep. She was fantastic. I tools here if a small issue and she said she would try to shorten the time. They finished my car in 2 days. Excellent job and service. I would recommend this company over all others.

Honestly read this review! I so badly wanted to rate them five stars after everything they put me through it's difficult too give them two, but I'm taking all factors into consideration. I visited this location 5 times for my vehicle it was highly recommended by my Insurence and friends. I had slight work done, there was damage to the driver side door, somebody backed into me,so basically thats what was done. My insurance had the door replaced and they were supposed to keep my original window and just transfer it. It was really fast it took maybe three days to get the whole car done which I was super excited about. Alana is the woman who I dealt with she is at the front desk she was really sweet and amazing at first. When I picked up my car I noticed some Denting on the panel and my door decal was destroyed! I said something to Alana before I left about those two things but was willing to let it go. When I was driving home I noticed the tint was horrible peeling bubbled scratched and it was a completely different color than the rest of my car, this initiated me to call back immediately, call my adjuster because I couldn't deal with the tint. After a few tries they agreed to take my car back. I was working with Kyle he said they will replace the decal,fix the dents and redo the tint. I was really happy about this and he was really nice; I asked him if it was going too cost me anything extra, they said no it's inclusive and what you already paid! My insurance paid 1700 to replace the whole side door and I paid a $400 deductible! There is also some water damage to my car from rain getting in from the door not closing the insurance in the autobody shop knew about those my insurance sent me a check to have the car detailed. So anyways I drop off my car to have the tent done he keeps telling me one day it was supposed to be a two hour thing it ended up turning into about two weeks to get the tent done for my window. Stop and pick up my car assuming that it's done and I had to reach out to them they never reached out to me and it was not they done told me because my insurance sent me $100 check they gave me a deduction off my deductible for the same thing and they were going to either need the check or for me to pay 100 cash too pick up my car where the tint is still not done. Even though they reiterated to me multiple times I didn't need to pay anything I was basically paying for the mistake and because apparently they were jealous that my insurance sent me $100 check picked up my car the tent was redone but it's yellow when the rest of my car is blue it's the exact same color as it was before so here I am with a tent that doesn't match that I'll have to pay out of pocket somewhere else to have redone for something that they were originally supposed to cover that they didn't give me back my car damaged and then wanted me to pay for their mistakes look out swear I mean they're nice in your face but the work they do is shitty and not quality at all. Also my back tire was deflated and the rim was badly scratched and dented as if they hit something!

I was hit from behind yesterday and am leaving town so I needed to get an estimate ASAP. I was given only two places that I could take my car to be evaluated by State Farm. I was told they would work me in if I came at 2:00. I arrived at 1:55 and was told the estimator was in a meeting till 2:30 but would have him look at my car when the meeting was finished. Really, we just spoke an hour ago and they are in a meeting?? At 2:30 the girl came back out again and said the estimator had two other estimates before me and then he was running to a transmission shop. Obviously they can't get their act together so I left and won't be back. Good luck with this business!!

I was in an accident a few months back where someone hit me and crunched one of my doors in. My insurance sent me to calliber, I had a good experience checking my vehicle in, talking to the staff, and getting the rental car, and that’s about where it ended. When I got my car back 2 weeks later, the door didn’t even close/latch all the way (still doesn’t), the lock was broken, and when the lock was put back into place, I couldn’t open it except from the inside. Sent it back. C

Took our Cadillac for repair. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Ended up fixing the damage without even filing a claim!The scratch was surface only! No charge!Definitely would recommend.

First of all..i can't say enough wonderful things about Caliber! Not only was i treated with professionalism, and kindness from John, and Stephine..but all the other staff members as well. Initially it was supposed to take 10 days for the repair to be done to my vehicle, but they managed to get it done in 4 days and kept me informed daily! When i went to pick up my car..i couldn't believe what a beautiful job the paint and body shop had done! I can't say enough good things about this business..other then if you need some paint and body work done...to bring your vehicle to them! You will NOT be disappointed! Much Thanks to the Caliber crew! You guys are the BEST!

I was happy with the work I had done in June which they say was guaranteed. In February I noticed the bumper was starting to peel. I took it in and they tried to tell me it was from a road paint chip, not their work. I disagreed and the manager said he would contact the paint manufacturer and get back to me. Had our car repaired at this facility. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and very professional. They did a beautiful job in the time we were told from the begining, 3 days.Front desk very nice. Kevin, very helpful and Trish very patient with my husband. Thank you all. Excellent job!
