Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a response from either Cris or the manager, Cole, despite many attempts. Both had promised to call me back regarding the issue with my insurance company, which has refused to pay until they receive confirmation that the problem was related.
When I called to check the status of my car(was late) , I was told that they took apart and was working, but when I went to pick it up, it was not. My insurance company informed me that they were told by Cris it was not related, but Cris later told me he never said that. I asked him to clarify the situation directly with the insurance company, but I have been waiting for weeks with no follow-up or update.
It’s very frustrating, because the service seems great until you leave your car—but after that, it becomes almost impossible to get communication or resolution. I need this matter addressed as soon as possible.

We had a great experience with Chris at this Caliber location. Chris was extremely responsive and reliable when it came to our original repair last December. Recently (10 months later), we were hearing a squeaking noise related to our repair, so Chris had us bring in the vehicle the following Monday and a tech made a quick and easy adjustment that fixed the squeak in a matter of minutes while I waited onsite. We really appreciate a company and a team that stands behind their work in such a professional manner. Would definitely use them again!

10/10 experience. They made the inconvenience of getting into a car crash almost pleasurable. Janet in the front office was absolutely amazing, Chris was also amazing and kept me up to date with my repairs throughout the entire process. And in the end, my truck came out beautiful.

I was recommended by my ins company. I called to get an appt. They told me 3 mo before they can look at my car to get an estimate. Lol not a chance I would ever use this place and it doesn't seem like to many others are happy either

At one time this used to be a pretty good shop. Now a body shop that can't paint is worthless. Had an appointment with Chris and after waiting a long time for an appointment, I was told that they were not capable of fixing my car because it required paint work. Thay still have to fix some warranty work from the last time they worked on it. This shop is as Mackey mouse as can be. I don't reccomend this placeService: Body & Trim

Please check my review for their office on Del Prado. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will cause more damage to your vehicle and make fraudulent charges by saying they replaced something they did not. Also, by saying damage was caused by the accident so State Farm will cover it, but in reality, Caliber Collision caused new damage.REPORTED CALIBER COLLISION TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR INSURANCE FRAUD.
