“Had some sticky gooey stuff on my car..unknown substance.The guys did a fantastic job getting it removed without damaging the paint. They washed and shined it up beautifully! Will definitely use them again!”
“My sister told me about the car wash Usually, I go get it hand clean because I’ve liked them, but with this car wash my car came out cool there was no dirt marks still left on it. They have machines in front of each vacuum where you can get a detailed kit just for five dollars, which includes air freshener, and all the stuff that you need to clean the inside of your car. The car wash is amazing.”
“Excellent work on both of my vehicles. Ceramic coating on my sports car and detail work on my Lexus — both came out showroom ready. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made scheduling easy with great communication.
I’ve learned the hard way that quick car washes may be convenient, but they leave scratches that cost more to fix later. This level of care is worth it. Even though I received a family discount, I would gladly pay full price. Professional, personable, and quality work you can trust.

“Was originally a customer of Tommy's. I left them several months ago as I didn't feel I was getting the same results. Started here and have been pleasantly surprised. Car looks clean every time. It definitely seems they do not skimp on chemicals here.
2nd month in and I did have some billing issues... However, it was resolved the same day. Received a call from the location manager and appreciated her taking the time to follow up. I actually cancelled the membership that morning, but with her calling me, we worked together and she got me to reinstate.
All in all its been good experience here. Results are great too. ✌ 💯”

“The wash itself is 3⭐ since they rebranded from Downtowner. The Mister Car was equipment doesn’t work nearly as well. Convenience is 5⭐ as they have locations all over the state which is great when I am traveling. So overall 4⭐.”
“I encountered a small problem with my account with them. I went there and they acknowledged the problem and fixed it immediately. They even gave me an additional free month to clean the car. You cannot get any better service than that. I also wanna stress out the fact that the attendant was very nice and professional. He made my day and that’s why I’m going to keep going there.”

“I’ve been very pleased with this car wash. I always prefer supporting local businesses, and they clearly take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. While occasional equipment issues can happen anywhere, I’ve consistently had positive experiences here. On the rare occasion something wasn’t working properly, the owner handled it quickly and even provided a refund. Great service and customer care!”
“These guys are always good and it’s a clean facility. Only thing I don’t like is the constant waving you in. They literally want you one inch behind the car in front of you. I stay there and wait to create a little distance and they keep with that hand gesture getting annoyed at me. There’s not even anyone behind me. This happens every single time”
“Fern is absolutely great, I had some issues with a rubber seal on top of my car that came off, and she not only called me back but called me on a holiday to address the situation. She was able to get me a new rubber seal that fit perfectly for my car. I love the car was I'm here atleast 5 times a week and Fern does a great job running this location shes top notch !”
