We have been using card systems for our restaurant for over 20 years. It's nice to work with a local company that you get know personally. The staff is the very best at what they do. They are professional, caring and always willing to help. Jeremy and Ed recently helped me set up new system for our food truck using clover. Everything went smoothly and we were up in running in no time at all. Jeremy, Ed, Amy, Chandra, and Sheri are always-always there when I have a question or are in need of anything. I highly recommend talking to Card Systems Inc. for all your processing and POS needs.

We have been using card systems for our business for several years. Jeremy recently helped me upgrade from an older check out system to using clover. The transition was very smooth and they are knowledgeable on their products. He always answers his phone with any problems or questions I have within an hour. Amy in the office is very friendly. 10/10 recommend for your business.

We have been a customer of Card Systems for over 10 years! We just had our clover POS system installed by Jeremy "young Gun" Zakrajsek and ED "The O.G" Rocchio and they made is a smooth transition for all of us! Very thankful to have a team like that behind us as we finally move into the 21st century!

BE CAREFUL THEY WANTED TO SCAM US!!Read carefullyThe wanted to charge us 2.5k for 2 iPad gen13 + inclosure (case).I was respectful at first but when we got the message that if we would not buy the iPads from them and not use their processing they would charge us for EVERYTHING, here is the list:We will have to charge you full price for hardware.The total with tax for just the iPads with no stands will come to $1,675.27.If you process with us, you will get the iPads with stands for $1,200.***(This is a ripoff don’t do “dual-pricing” which means that they get 4% of all the money you make)We will have to charge you full price for software and support.The cost for software and support will be $249/month.If you process with us, it’ll be $115/month.If you do dual-pricing with us, it’ll be $75/month.We will have to charge full price $500 to build the menu and do training. ***(this was free before but michael wanted to “get us”)If you process with us then menu build and training is only $250.(“only”)You will lose some abilities in the POS system.You will not be able to do online ordering. We have our own online ordering and we are integrating DoorDash and Uber Eats soon.You will not be able to manage transactions as efficiently (refunds, returns, adding tips the next day, etc.)DONT LET THEM PROCCESS YOUR PAYMENT!!!!!! Its a scam

I can't say enough positive things about Jeremy and Card Systems Inc. From the set up of my new Clover System, to saving me money on my processing fees. Jeremy is always just a phone call away if I need anything. Had an issue with my system after a power outage and Jeremy had me up and running again in no time. It's nice to work with a local company that you get know personally instead of calling a number and getting someone in another state or country. Hands down, the absolute best! My company started with Card Systems, Inc 16+ years ago. One year, early on I switched to my own bank as I thought I would save $ for my company. Biggest mistake ever--a huge costly mistake. Needless to say, I went back to Card Systems asap. They are always-always there when I have a question or are in need of anything technical. My company started out small and has grown exponentially over the years and I've had the same excellent service from Card Systems from my start to now. 5+ stars!!!!

My wife was recently walking our dog to the nearby Kindness Animal Hospital. Some nut from this office came out and started yelling at her and accused her of her of letting the dog deficate in the vacant lot nearby. Of course that didn't happen. When my wife explained that this, he became abusive and called her a liar and began yelling. She really felt threatened. He seemed like he had mental problems. It was an older guy with gray hair. When she went to the vet they said that they frequently had problems with this guy. Watch out he's crazy!
