What a terrible experience - We made a huge mistake and paid them in full before we had a chance to check out the system. The security camera system was installed 60 days ago and has never properly worked. We followed their recommendation on equipment and were even billed for additional work when the system they told us would originally work, didn't - and then even with the additional work and additional equipment the system still doesn't work. It shouldn't be difficult to get 6 cameras to work - but we have never had more then 1/2 the system working at any point in time. The most recent event in this nightmare was a security incident we had this morning. We had construction equipment stolen right from our driveway, and of course the cameras were not operating and didn't record anything! Only after calling them every week will they come out and try to fix. Tired of calling them, sending them videos of non working system, and hearing how they are busy on bigger jobs - wish they would just do the right thing and take back their equipment and refund our money. They obviously don't have the expertise to do residential work or have an interest in making it a priority to service residential customers. Stay clear of Securitech1.
