When I visited my local branch, the lady at the door and the teller who I spoke to were very rude and unhelpful. I do not bank with Chase. However, they should have better customer service and treat everyone with good manners.

Was told by Jesus at this branch that by me depositing my cash from work to match my account balance with check being cashed to cash check and then withdrawing my money is considered money laundering. So depositing legal money that I worked for so I can cash a legal check and then withdrawing my money is money laundering? Wouldn’t chase bank be well aware what money laundering actually is? lol needless to say I won’t be banking with ignorant Jesus or chase bank

It is my favorite bank but in this case the one located in Del Prado should consider hiring more bilingual staff, the city is growing and the language is important to grow on both sides, they should also think about a location in the NW of Cape Coral

I have a business account with this bank and I’m so ready to change banks! Your service here is just horrible!! The teller would not listen to what I wanted and then the manger told her to print something else. When I told her I need my routing number on the form which is a direct deposit form she said well I already helped you! Like the manager didn’t apologize and just told me to go sit it would be 30 mins people are out for lunch. This branch needs to talk about customer service and how to speak to clients!

Attempting to call and arrange appointments with Chase Bank is an exercise in extreme frustration. It's like embarking on an arduous journey through a maze where every turn leads to a dead end. The infuriating part is that they seemingly choose to ignore the incessant ringing of their phones. It's not just a simple case of unavailability; it's a deliberate refusal to answer. The exasperation this situation provokes knows no bounds, leaving me seething with anger and disbelief at their apparent disregard for their customers' needs.

I have been a chase customer for decades this branch is the reason why I don’t even want to stay with Chase anymore my son just turned 18 years old and got a huge settlement, like high six figure huge and they’re too busy to help him and told us after waiting 20 minutes that we have to have an appointment??? I’ve never in my life heard of the bank turning away a huge deposit??? And on top of that the woman was just outright rude………The worst customer service at this branch I’ve ever seen!!! If this is how they treat their customers that can bring them huge lump sums plus into their banking system I can’t imagine how they treat other customers…Wells Fargo sure was happy to help us!!! I’m pulling all my business and personal and credit card accounts at Chase as well. That’s almost 3 million between my son and I no longer in their bank and they could care less and so could I because Chase has gone completely downhill…. This branch is a prime example of what I mean… this is the best location to go to for totally rude and unhelpful service.

This branch is an embarrassment to the Chase banking industry. I waited for an hr to be told to have a seat and watched while they helped other customers who showed up after I arrived. This establishment seems to have no sense of customer service.

Having delt with many financial institutions over the years it makes me feel wonderful to be able to praise the folks at JP Morgan / Chase on Delprado in Cape Coral, Fl. The services the people the attention to detail and customer care are extraordinary! There are other Chase offices in the area but I shall continue to bank here. Great job

The bank was swamped with customers to a point that you had to make appointments to see someone in person. I needed to put my wife on my account. Tawana was so gracious and sweet. She informed us that they were extremely busy and that we could wait in case someone didn't show for thier appointment. We waited about 10 minutes and she made room for us. The encounter was very enjoyable. Tawana has the best personality and customer service abilities. We laughed and carried on like we knew each other for years. She applied my wife to the account and deposited a check we needed for our roof repair . Ultimately she made our lives easier because we didn't have to go another day and we got our business done. One less thing we have to worry about and for that I'm grateful. Thank you Tawana! Your a sweetheart.John and Kami Martorella

I needed to talk to an employee about my ach accounts being double billed on my statement. There were several groups waiting. One active representative. Another man counting bills and the other playing on his phone. I am serious. I walked up to the teller who was very nice and said this is all we have. Time to move banks

I avoid this Chase whenever possible. They are constantly busy. I went in to open a new checking account and was asked to leave a copy of a court document behind as I have guardianship over someone though SS. They said thet were going to check out the document and call me back to make an appt. A week later I get a call asking me why did I leave the copy behind and what did I need. I went to the Chase in Punta Gorda, got right in and out with a new checking account. No further documentation needed.
