I had the opportunity to workout here with a guest pass while visiting the area. Really nice and helpful staff are at this location and what a large, clean and great space with lots of equipment! Wish I lived in the area so I could join this gym!

This gym sucks. I signed up for the classes, but so far my experience has been they don’t start on time and they don’t end on time, they’re weirdly a half hour so they feel rushed, especially because each class runs to the minute so there’s no time for setting up or unpacking. The yoga class is not relaxing being right next to the loud gym. I’ve been trying to cancel since two weeks after I signed up. I was called every day before I signed up, but have been ignored for weeks when trying to cancel. There’s an annual fee you have to pay regardless if you’re there for a year or not. There’s a fee to downgrade from the classes. This gym is a complete waste of money. If I was given more than a day pass to experience this, I would’ve never signed up. Trash ?

I’m rating a 4 because many things are good, the front desk is the best and the group fitness instructors are fantastic; but there are not sufficient HIIT classes. I joined the gym before it even opened, and at that time spoke with the franchisee and I asked if there would be midmorning HIIT classes and her response was “yes!” She said she totally understood the demographic of this area and there would definitely be midmorning HIIT classes. There were in the beginning, but then the midmorning classes were taken away over a year ago, and there is no plan to put them back on the schedule. The gym is way too small, the “hiit zone” is shared by the personal trainers conducting personal training and they won’t give up the space so that classes can be held during the day. When we lost the classes over a year ago, at least half of the members that attended mid-morning were police officers, firefighters and nurses; people that do not work 8-5. What a shameful way to treat such an important group in our community.

Out of all the gyms on the 239 ive been to, its always crunch i like the most. the one in Cape is by far my favorite. Mateo always greets me at the desk with a great smile. he is by far the most committed worker on here you should probably give him a raise for how much he cares for the gym

I'm visiting from Colorado and I was honestly overwhelmed by the size of this facility and the breadth of equipment it offers. Truly fantastic. My first impression in driving up was the size of the building and the fact that the enormous parking lot was packed - on a Friday afternoon! This was a clear indication that this gym is very well liked!I thought the facility would be packed and the workout equipment requiring wait times, but that was not the case at all. There were lots of wonderful people working out and because there were an incredible number of workout stations, free weights, etc, I could mover from station to station with NO WAIT. It was wonderful! And, all the equipment was looking new and high end.I came to simply use weight stations and free weights but there IS a complete and extensive array of aerobic equipment on the second level. They also had Hot Yoga, HIIT cycle equipment, water massage, and professional trainers on hand, to name just a few. Finally, the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. They tied this experience with a gold ribbon.Oh, one thing I didn't mention and is probably most important! The monthly fee was amazingly low! I could have all this for as little as 9.99 a month. I was truly amazed! If you haven't checked out Crunch, do it soon!

Crunch in Cape Coral is always busy, but the equipment is excellent and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sean Gori for personal training. He is extremely knowledgeable. When I suffered a minor injury outside of my training program, he immediately changed up my program to deal with it. His past experience working in physical therapy led to the perfect combination of stretches to get me back on my program quickly and safely. I highly recommend Sean!

Great Gym! Was easy to get to, was able to quickly get signed in to get to my workout. If I had to wait for equipment it didn’t take long before I was able to utilize it. Plenty of options for cardio, lifting, HIIT, etc..Staff was super friendly and constantly cleaning, facility at large was very clean.

The staff and facilities at Cape Coral Crunch Fitness are excellent. From the reception area personnel to trainers, everyone is helpful and friendly. My husband trains with Dan, who is very knowledgeable and has both a short term and long range plan for wellness. The gym is very clean. Cleaners are always on the move among the machines, cardio area, and locker rooms. There are so many classes to choose from providing lots of options and times as well as hydromassage for relief from muscle soreness. I am truly impressed with this gym.

If you wanna wait around for equipment that people are just sitting on their phones this is the place for you. If you want to cancel it, forget about it. I was in the hospital called and tried to cancel while I was there. You have to go in it doesn’t matter if you’re dead with Covid paralyzed they don’t care you have to show up in person when you show up in person and then they want to charge you The current month even though you try to cancel and the next month $110 to cancel called corporate they told me everything would be OK get there and the exact opposite happened, Not a way to run a business unless you’re in it for the money and don’t care about customer service.. That’s OK I have another month now I’m just gonna go in there and and sit on equipment on my telephone so nobody else can use it and tell people what a bad place it is. Sauna was broken for two weeks places is dirty and nobody likes to wipe down equipment, going back to The old LA fitness hell even planet fitness is better than this place.

No matter the time is always extremely packed, you have to wait to use an exercise equipment. Music is too loud. If your payment card gets declined, you will be charged a late fee no matter what. Sent an email to the regional supervisor Kevin Schosek to get this fee removed it and he never replied back. This place is only about money and get as many members as they can.

Totally amazed! Bigger and better than I thought. It's quite busy but many machines still available. The personal trainer manager was a huge key to me joining. He listened and truly seemed to care. All the Staff have been helpful and kind. I'm so happy I took my first step walking in.

Good gym. Very clean. Helpful staff. However, the reviews about excessive noise and volume are no joke. Certain times of day when fitness classes are going on, some trainers like to scream into the microphone at their class attendees and crank the music way too loud. My ear buds cannot drown it out. I work out with friends and our voices are hoarse after an hour of shouting conversations to one another over the unnecessary volume levels of some fitness classes. Thankfully that doesn't happen often. The atmosphere is usually the right amount of background music to keep you engaged if you forgot your personal listening devices. And, not all fitness classes punish the entire gym body, some trainers get it and keep the voice and music to sensible volumes.

Seriously overrated. The gym is packed but that’s not even the problem. They only have ONE equipment for each exercise. When I went, I had to leave because there was only one leg extension machine and people were literally sitting and talking around it while other people are in line to use it. Too many influencers taking too long to record themselves on the ONLY ONE machine the whole gym had. Their little indoor stretching field is tiny and packed like sardines.Completely turned off.

For starters it's difficult to put in suggestions for a better experience. And when you do it typically goes unaddressed. The hot yoga classes are always overpacked and they have no control over the thermostat or the humidity. The weight room is typically packed with very loud music. There are lots of people on the benches just looking at their phones while you are waiting. All these things could be easily remedied nobody does anything.
