This place is absolutely awful. They raise prices every other month. The front desk has no idea what is going on, and the manager is extremely rude. They told me since I moved out 10 days earlier that they are going to rent it out to somebody else even though I am paid through the 23rd. That is illegal and double renting, same as an apartment complex. Do NOT go to this location as you will not be treated right. 0 out of 5 stars. $90 for a 5x10 unit. I found a nicer place for a 10x10 climate control for $99 first 6 months then up to $130. STILL more affordable than this place and treated better

I can no longer recommend this storage facility due to repeated issues with both customer service and pricing. Over the past year, my rental rate was increased three separate times, leaving me paying nearly $100 more than a competitor for the same unit size and features.
When I attempted to address these concerns by contacting the corporate office, I was only contacted by the location manager. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and customer service provided was not reflective of what I would expect from a management position.
Because of these experiences, I have chosen to discontinue my business with this facility and cannot recommend it to others.

Just wanted to share a very positive experience at CubeSmart. Julie and Erika were very easy to work with, got me set up with a great unit. The facility is really clean, easy to get through and they have carts which makes movein easy. Looking for great customer service head on over to Pine Islands CubeSmart. My daughter rented a storage on the 2nd floor and I was helping her move into her new place and I was dreading it. Let me just say the air conditioning was welcomed. And they had carts available and it made the move a breeze, what a wonderful experience.

This location is awesome! Was on vacation in Cape Coral and our van messed up. Needed to find a place to store it until a transporter could pick up our van. Melissa was awesome and a huge help in getting a unit that would fit the van. You will not be disappointed at all if you go with this location.
