Pharmacy staff don't know what they are doing here. Gave a price on a medication that was double the price of the CVS down the street that understands how e-rebates work. Corporate needs to go in and train them all properly.

Went for passport photos. Excellent service. The woman who took care of us was great, friendly, accommodating. Pictures came out nice. Reason for four stars is there are definitely not enough employees in this location to handle the amount of people. The woman was taking care of everything, photos, cashier, questions, customer service. A store this large should not treat their employees in this manner. I'm not sure I'll be back because of it.

Apparently the same problem as everyone else, they said that the order to receive the medication had not been sent to me. In the end I changed pharmacies.

Me, like many others, would give this place zero stars if I could. CVS corporate needs to look into this place. Yoel is the rudest person I’ve ever met (for no apparent reason). That is on top of his unprofessional and greasy appearance. I will say, they don’t discriminate, they’re rude to all the other people in line as well. I only continued coming here because I was under the impression that my insurance company only worked with CVS. After my interaction with the staff last night I contacted my insurance company and found out that was not the case. Thank god! I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Not the most convenient as they don't have as many items as other stores and then the check out only has one self serve register only and then one person working which caused a line however the lady was very friendly

The store is fine, typical stocked items, and the cashiers have always been friendly. The Pharmacy is a nightmare! Nobody answers the phones, if they're even working, they are perpetually understaffed, out of stock, or just always delayed. There is always a line and long waits. I recommend switching to TRex pharmacy or Any Publix pharmacy for your medication needs. Only use this store for incidentals, gifts, and maintenance items. It's a clean store.

If I could rate 0 I would. For 5 months in a row they have messed up my prescription. They gave me 1/2 the amount and I had to point it out to them. They gave my daughter the complete wrong pills. It takes 6-7 days at least to fill a prescription once I put in the refill. This is the WORST pharmacy. I am on a life or death medication that they have then don’t have the same day but don’t say anything. Unless you like calling and keeping on them 5 times a day and doublechecking EVERYTHING don’t go here. They will KILL someone.

This place deserves a no star but one is the lowest you can go. My wife needed a refill on pain medication which required a written scrip instead of electronic ordering. I drove to the physician's office to pick up the scrip and dropped it off at the drive through. The lady checked and indicated that it would be filled the following afternoon. I waited in a 5 car line and was told by some knucklehead kid that there were no more refills on the prescription. I explained that it was a physical scrip not a refill. Begrudgingly he stomped off and came back saying that the physician hadn't dated the scrip so it was not able to be filled. Apparently this kid was trained to run customers off to lighten his workload. I am more than willing to lighten the workload of all at this store by never darkening their door again.

had nothing but issues the cashier didn't know what she was doing the manager store manager I might add Megan had no idea what she was doing no Customer service skills whatsoever. Please get the right staff in there and get them trained this is ridiculous you can't even go to CVS anymore without a issue from staff not knowing how to do their JOB!

After the hurricane I had been out of a medication for serval days, I had to personally pick up a paper script from the doctor. Publix the pharmacy that I usually use was backed up and not taking new orders, so I had to find a pharmacy to fill it. Took it to CVS at 1611 Pine Island rd. Came back next day, it was ready but they wanted $110.00 I complained and got it down to $95, I told them I felt like I was being held up, (I put my hands up) Well I refused to be shaken down, was able to get the script back, took it to Publix (now open) Picked it up for $13.28 I told them they were price gouging, the manager couldn't care less. Never Again

Management and corporate regularly set this place up to do as little as possible to help customers and those needing their pharmacy services while making as much profit as possible. Understaffed and those that are at this location are usually either naturally rude or have just been so burnt out from the horrible operating that they have become just as rude. Steer clear.

They are lazy and slow. My girlfriend and I went to the drive thru and 7:45 on a Friday (they close at 8) and the drive thru line did not move the whole time we were in line so we got out of line and went inside. When my girlfriend asked for her prescriptions (because she’s very sick and we had just left the doctors) we needed to get her meds. Well we walk in and they say they don’t have her script and then they look again and they see it but it wasn’t ready. So they say “it’s here but it’s not ready and we’re closed so you can get it tmr” like what? It’s 8:06 and I’ve been in like since BEFORE 8.
