I have a controlled substance that I get a prescription for every month. I have previously filled it here (last 2 months) with no issues. Except for today, the pharmacist refused to fill it. Said the dose was too strong! Excuse me? Are you my Dr! Don’t you love it when non qualified pharmacy tech plays Dr! Whoever you are I was able to get this medication filled at a different cvs pharmacy! ( the one on San Carlos, when I explained what happened he laughed, shook his head and said “she thinks she’s is a Dr!) Quit playing god, and you were so rude to me. I’m a 53 yr old father successful business man. Not some crack head that you thought you were talking to! Here’s a tip just fill the medication that a Dr Prescibes. Do your job. Sorry you couldn’t make it in the medical field, but you don’t have to take it out on customers. Also whoever at CVS/Target reads this i will wait for your response as to why you pharmacist refused to fil my script? As there is no legal reason it should not have been filled!! I will gladly do business with you again if you apologize and guarantee you will fill this next time without the insults and attitude

I showed up two minutes before they were open. They had the gate up. I was very respectful, and I got treated very poorly by Jessica . As soon as I spoke to the woman she gave me an attitude. I asked her to politely calm down. I didn’t do nothing to her. I’m just trying to fill my prescriptions because I’m in pain. I’ve been dealing with kidney stones for the last two days And she snapped at me and said it’ll be 30 to 45 minutes . I don’t deserve to be treated this way and neither does anyone else . I think this woman does not want to work here and is miserable working for a pharmacy. I will no longer bring any business or refer any business to this pharmacy. I have a very large following in this community and will be sharing this on my business page as well

I cant give a zero. I had a script refill on my bottle, took it to the pharmacy. Come back at 4 it will be ready. I didnt go back, Ill get it in the morning. Nope not ready. This is a bp pill mind you that your not supposed to stop. Went next morning, not ready come back at noon. Go back at noon it was ready in a different store.... 3 days later I got it.

If I could give less than 1 star I would for the CVS in target on Santa Barbara - I would! I did not need to get lectured over a prescription that was picked up in error by a family member. The bag was stapled. The item was glucose test strips which were never opened since they were inside the stapled bag. This prescription often gets filled without my request. Yesterday- apparently the pharmacist did me a “favor” by accepting them back. To get her favor I had to endure a lecture. The whole experience was completely unacceptable! I felt belittled, disrespected and unimportant. All Of This over test strips! She needs a lesson in humility, customer service, respect and of course simple courtesy! Take a lesson from the CVS in Sarasota Inside target- they are consistently amazing! Take a step back too! Where did common courtesy go especially with everything we are doing to recover from A major disaster!Required return visit because a prescription was sent there instead of the new location delivered a lackluster experience again. I had a question about whether insurance typically covers something rather than paying cash for it and was told “try then you will know”. I am so used to outstanding pharmacy experience from the CVS in Target in Sarasota that this one is a true fail. Take some lessons from what it means to deliver an outstanding experience and reach out to them- they know how to treat patients right!

You can’t get the 4th dose of Covid because, even though you got the third one here, I have no documentation of you getting the first and second.Can you get a third dose without showing you got the first and second? No.Does it say in your records that I got the third? Yes. Where? Here.Do you think perhaps I had to show my card when I got my third? Yes you would have had to.Can I get the fourth now? No I need proof you had the first and second. And then she cancels my Covid vaccination appointment.Lucky for me the cvs up the street had someone with intelligence in it.
