Save your time and money and go down the street to the next cvs. Everyone here including the pharmacist Andrea are unprofessional, rude, and act like they are doing you a favor rather than their jobs. I was the last of 5 family members to give this pharmacy a chance and they blew everyone. Going on the app to switch from what seems to be a poor lead and miserable work environment because the ladies inside target never act this way…

We don't live in California why exactly do we have $9 items locked up? How freaking annoying especially when you only have one associate working so you can't get the item unlocked

I have never had good service at this pharmacy in the past 3 years I’ve been coming here until now! There was a mile long line for the pharmacy and four employees there but only one working and checking out the Guest and she ran both registers while having a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Her name was Patricia. I hope you hold onto this employee. She was by far the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at this CVS location. When I went to pick up a prescription, I was met with rudeness from the staff, including the pharmacist Andrea L. Johnson. The way they spoke—raising their voices and being generally disrespectful—was completely unacceptable. I even have the interaction recorded on video due to how uncomfortable and chaotic it became.
Shockingly, they attempted to lecture me on how healthcare works, completely unaware that I, too, work in healthcare. Once I revealed my background, their attitude only worsened. Andrea told me I would not be “coming in there to tell them how to do their job,” and then informed me they would no longer fill any prescriptions for me—all because the prescription had been on file for over a month and they had failed to fill it.
This wasn’t just a matter of poor communication; it was a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated this way. It seems they forget they are employees of CVS—not owners—and they are absolutely replaceable. If you value respect and competence, I strongly recommend sending your prescriptions elsewhere. There are plenty of pharmacies with staff who actually understand the importance of treating patients with dignity.

For me, I wouldn't give this review even half a star to this CVS pharmacy. I have taken medicine in another and there is no comparison here, they don't let you talk except that you say something, they clean their hands with what if the insurance or what if the doctor and then you call your insurance and your doctor and logically you realize The problem is in the pharmacy. They never have the medications you need and they have the nerve to tell you to buy them over the counter because they are cheaper when they don't realize that if you go looking for their medications it is because some of us have been using them for years and know their price. It is impossible that I have gone around 5 times to look for my medicine and they tell me to buy it over the counter because they do not have it in the store to give it to me and having the order on the computer. I can't understand why a CVS doesn't have medicine for so long, I don't understand. I hope the problem is resolved because personally I am going to move from there.

Great experience at CVS. The store is clean and well stock. The team member was at the register if I needed them. I used self check out and had a coupon on my phone. Everything was super easy. Thanks team

Our experience with the CVS team member was a positive one. She not only noticed that our discount wasn't applied, but she voided and rerang up our items to make sure we received the discount. She was enthusiastic and very helpful.

Super friendly people. Sometimes is very busy but they do what they can to keep the customers happy. Also Fantastic prices. It's my go to. This CVS is a great asset to the neighborhood.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for 9 yrs and now I am doing a review to let everyone know how the customer service has dropped and how you can never speak to someone and when you finally do they won't listen. They ask for you to hold on in hopes that you hang up and call back to get another person. I have been trying to get my sons meds for an entire week and I feel like I'm dealing with the circus which is probably more professional then these guys!!!!!!pharmacist staff is rude and disgusting! People are sick and in pain and this is how they treat us. It took 4 days to get his meds! Let's not forget how I was over charged for the same medications and even for medication I never picked up!! I never gave permission to charge my card! That's stealing isn't it?

More than a day for a commonly prescribed medication is unacceptable. No access to talking with a person on the phone. Horrible service. It’s apparent that CVS doesn’t care about customers by their appalling level of customer service . All that’s important is corporate profit. No wonder they’ve been losing market share
