The Store Manager, the young Lady is a very nice and professional Lady, thats the reason why I visited the store during the day. She always look so fashion and she is always smiling, she is very helpful and I see her always working so hard in the store. All the employees who work during the day hours are happy employees, I guess the readin is because they have a great boss.
Yesterday night, Skyler the young employee at the cash register was very rude and unprofessional to me, she didn't want to help me with my questions at all because she was so busy on her private cell phone. I had problems typing my phone number in your system. Tried multiple times.
After I finished my transaction, I gave her a bad face review and she got mad.
I had multiple bags and because of my disability I couldn't push the cart with the bags, so I left the shopping cart next to the door inside.
She then yelled at me on front of a lot of customers and I felt so embarrassed and she told me to make sure that I bring my cart to the outside, so I responded if she could please move it for me, then she started taking bad about me with the other customers. She should not be dealing with customers at all. Very unprofessional and rude.

Line of three people waiting and no employees present in the store. Going to a different store, since no one would help. I made sure that I yelled “customers up front” as I walked out the door.

The absolute nastiest store I’ve ever been in. An absolute mess. Dirty, nasty, crap laying everywhere. Parking lot full of trash. The manager needs to be fired.

Store is great parking lot is terrible at night. No lights working since the storm and one just twitches real bad. Looks like a opening scene of a horror movie. In all seriousness though owner of plaza needs to fix, you have no visibility at night and people are going to get hurt walking into parking lot.

I was expecting a package from Amazon. Unfortunately it was shipped via FedEx. They didn't come in time so I had to leave. The package required a signature so I put it on a vacation-hold request. FedEx dropped it off at this Dollar General store. I just came to get it and the nice young man at the register put it inside my trunk for me. That worked out great. Thank you Dollar General! Only problem is I went to the one closer to me and it wasn't it. I have to remember that FedEx uses this one.

The worst dollar general I’ve ever been to. Dirty, unorganized, and staff is incompetent. Don’t bother stopping at this location or attempting to drop off a fedex package - they have no idea how to do that.

Place is a joke..the boys that work here can't even bag your stuff, let alone keep that place clean..always stuff on the floor and it's a mess. I bought some smokes that never made it home because the kid decided to bag everything BUT those. Won't be coming back here. Lori quit because of those idiots. And I don't blame her.
