Cashier Deanna pleasant but they need more help. Other person working on store a male should stop and open a register when there are 7 people in line and only 1 register open.

Whoever just checked me out was so rude. Didn’t acknowledge my 3 year old who said hi, whatever. Then I repeated it and she said hi, we chatted a bit and I’m packing up my stuff and turn around to leave (whoops, almost forgot my little basket, which I told her I was going to grab when I first set my stuff down because there was no spot underneath where they normally go) and then she said “oh” and shoved the basket forward, “these go by the front” mind you the store is empty besides me and one other customer. So rude! The delivery is everything. I’m a mom with my hands full and I accidentally spaced it without making it a foot away from checkout before she reminded me so rudely.

If I could give this a 0 I would. Just like the many other posts about the manager, Jackie, I had a similar experience like this except it involved my children. We ran in for my boys to pick a toy at 9:15pm. I walked them to the toy isle and told them to grab a toy. Jackie turned to me look at her watch and told me they closed in less than 30 minutes. I thanked her for letting me know and continued browsing. She walked up to my boys and told them to not mess anything up because she’s the one that has to fix them and started mumbling and aggressively stocking the shelves. My kids were mortified and confused and were afraid to pick out their toys. I asked her to please repeat what she said to my children, and I reminded her that we were the customers and reassured her my kids weren’t going to shuffle and mix up the toys. She went on about her having to fix the toys if my kids messed them up and the store closes soon. I reminded her again that the store closes at 10pm and customers technically can be there until 9:59 and that’s a part of her job is to reorganize things. I also told her she needed to apologize to my kids and I hope that her evening gets better and that things will turn around. She began telling me I need to leave the store or she should just quit while slamming empty boxes into a shopping cart- so hard that it was about to slam into my son and I. I told her she was lucky it didn’t touch us and she needed to learn how to interact with other human beings. It basically became so bad that other customers jumped in to help us. My kids were so upset… we left, called corporate, warned others. About 4 others commented on my post informing me of their Jackie story. I wasn’t surprised to see other reviews pertaining to Jackie on here. If you can, take the extra 10 minutes to go to the Del Prado location. The employees are friendly, their store is cleaner and organized. Stay clear from this place..

Absolute worst dollar store I have ever been in..they will let customers wait in a 20 minute line because they have a truck all over the floor. Maybe hire employees to do the truck and employees to actually ring up people instead of 1 person with 1 working hand. Customer service is a flat out zero! I would rather go to any other store then this store!

I’ll start off by stating the usual, “If I could give this place no stars I would.”
Why? Jackie. As all dollar store runs go, you will most likely have to wait in a long line due to only one register being opened. If you’re lucky though, another line will eventually open up. Fortunately, another line did open up…but to my dismay, it was opened up by a disgruntled member of management. Queue in Jackie please! The whole time since she had opened up her line, she was complaining about how she had other things she needed to do, and how she’s been there since 9am. I checked my phone for the time…it was only 1pm! Like chill lady! From a customer standpoint, that’s unprofessional and unnecessary. That’s not even the worse part though! She is now dealing with a Hispanic couple and rings up and bags their groceries. The Hispanic woman takes the bag and heads outside. The man is left to pay but unfortunately his card does not go through. Jackie is trying to tell him but there is a language barrier so the gentelman cannot communicate properly. He does understand her though because he is trying to solve the issue, he just cannot communicate with her. Jackie begins complaining to another customer in line OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF THE MAN that the woman has already left with the bag so she huffs and puff and spits out a bitter racial slur. Like I said, the man understands her, but he cannot speak to her, so with impatience she spits out “I don’t know why you live in America if you can’t speak English.” Why the hell are you speaking like that… out loud and to other customers?! She was unprofessional and couldn’t wait to leave her team member drowning in a line during a rush. Next time just keep your thoughts to yourself and be the leader you’re supposed to be.

What is up with this dollar tree! Every time I come here it’s sill of boxes everywhere yet there’s always a bunch of people working.The one on the parkway always has less people working but it’s always nice and neat. It’s literally a safety hazard in there.

The entire place is a mess. Boxes block all the aisles, and are never put away. Employees are just rude . Especially the older lady. Go onto Cape Coral pkway and visit that one instead.

This store is highly unorganized, no way to shop and actually see what is on the shelves and this particular location has been this way for some time,nothing is put away just piled in the aisle ways, fire extinguisher is blocked so it may as Wel not even be there if there is a fire, never returning to this location until the employees can actually do their jobs

Don’t come to this dollar tree unless you wanted to be treated like dirt. Every experience here has been horrible, rude staff, (the 1 employee working with a line of 20 people), terrible management and just overall a very dirty store. Old female manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and started to shout and raise her voice at me for asking if they could get something from the back. She clearly is miserable and takes it out on customers.
