Highly unprofessional of Giselle to be ringing up a line of customers while talking on the phone through her airpods. She didnt greet or interact with anyone because she was too busy in her own conversation.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Visiting granddaughter and stopped here for birthday balloons . Walked out and immediately one comes completely off string and flies away. Go back in and told the lady at register. She told me to get another one. A lady (manager?) asks what was the problem and the cashier and I both explain in English and in Spanish. This person looks at me as if I'm lying. I asked her if she wanted her string back and she just waved me off. Later on, at home, the other balloon just slips off string again. They were not prepared correctly. Had to tape it together.

Remember when everything in the store was $1? When it went to $1.25 it was no big deal: You could safely assume everything you bought was the same price: $1.25.
Now? Those days are gone. Many items are now in the $3 to $5 range. You need to pay attention when you shop, or you'll be shocked when the cashier rings you up.
Dollar Tree is on the way to becoming just another version of Dollar General or Family Dollar. End of an era.

There seemed to be one person who spoke English, but I heard the manager ROSIE tell her to go home. Employee looked very confused as to why they were being sent home right when getting there for their shift. Sounds like discrimination and retaliation to me... terrible store overall. Disgusting behavior

Boxes were everywhere. The floor was so gross. I finally found everything I'm looking for but it took long enough since no one speaks English.

I SPENT $800.00 THIS PAST WEEK AT THIS STORE.
Stop supporting a company that has no respect or intentions to Never have respect for English speaking people. If you do not speak Spanish you're most likely going to be asked to speak Spanish or you Will NOT be helped! I personally am a woman of Latin descent and I think it is insulting,disrespectful and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! THIS IS AMERICA.
Also, MANAGEMENT DIDN'T REALLY FEEL IT'S AN ISSUE!
AND REACTED AS IF THIS WAS " NOT" THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS Occurred and obviously nothing was done the other times a complaint was made. Latinos like this give all of us a bad name and reputation! Absolutely Shameless!!!!!!!!
