The car wash broke my radio antenna. I reported it and the gentleman put all the information in the computer. I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called 3 times asking for a return call and as yet no one has returned my call. I guess corporate will be my next contact. So not happy.
Not even close to good customer service. I'll never use Mr. Car wash again

Friendly staff all the equipment was in working order. Went here because the one down the street from my house always has a broken motor so car does not come out clean.

I enjoy using your car wash. It’s easy quick I like using the vacuums. I wish the air would dry the car a little better other than that. It’s a good experience. Happy with it. and the price is great

Great little Car Wash does a decent job. The drying could be a little better. good hours. The unlimited Car Wash price needs to stay where it’s at and not keep going up.

Have always had a good experience here. They are very helpful also. Truck decided not to go into gear after the wash and they noticed it right away as I had people behind me. They stopped the wash and helped push my truck out without even asking they were already there to help. This is a Good place to go. Good people here 💯
