The doggie wash is always empty of 1 of the soaps; most recently, the dryer and vacuum for drying dogs would turn off every 5 seconds. I've been coming here for months and am always disappointed as one bay likely is out, and the clips for the dogs are rusted. This is poor management, as it's a continual problem, but where else can one go? I hope someday it will be fixed, but it hasn't been to date. Do better, Mr. Carwash!!

The other day I was at mister car wash and I had a situation with my membership which prior no one figured out if it's a lovely young lady bella who works at the car wash on third terrace and del prado.. She figured out the problem was beautifully polite.So helpful and Bella followed me through the car.Wash to ensure that every aspect of my platinum membership was turned on and I was receiving the service that I was paying for now if that's not friendly customer service I do not know what is.. It is so refreshing to see youth like that.Going out Out of their way to show customer service kindness , compassion and professionalism , I will frequent that particular mystical wash more frequently.. I have been using Mr. car wash for over Three years now. I have a monthly account which allows me to bring the car in whenever I feel necessary to have it washed. They also have free vacuum stations which allow an individual to vacuum the car whenever they want at no additional charge. I have always been happy with the service that I have received from this business.

Bought car wash and did not clean windshield. Residue left on car. Not the first time but tried again. Don’t waste your money. Also confused why they ask for a tip.

The GM Ryan at the Skyline Blvd. location in Cape Coral was very professional and quick to respond to solve a problem I had. Ryan runs a very clean and efficient location with a staff of employees as eager to help you with any needs you may have.
