Listen, I come here a lot and the food and drinks are fine. The girls are always very nice and professional. But I was just at the drive thru, and the (very sweet) girl replied “that’s alright baby” when I apologized for being slow. 1) I don’t mind this, nor do I think others do, we’re in the south. 2) I think it’s pretty unprofessional of the manager to then scold the employee about it, at the window, or at all. Just saying, I don’t like that. And I don’t like to think y’all aren’t treating your employees well either.

There was an employee that went out of her way to remake my drink and give me a great experience at this Dunkin. I accidentally ordered an iced coffee with chai flavoring when I wanted a chai latte. This is now my favorite Dunkin!

Went there on my lunch break from work, and ordered through the app so it would be faster. I ended up waiting 30 minutes before i could even get to the ordering screen, and i could not leave since i was stuck in the drive through and my food was already paid for. The people at the window were very rude, with no greetings and no apology for running behind. I understand having a rush, but waiting over 30 minutes to get my PRE ORDERED food and being late to work because of it, is unacceptable.

The staff here was amazing. I miscalculated the amount of money to bring on an early Sunday morning. They gave me my coffees and donuts then told me to have a Happy New Year. Such a kind thing to do. I'll be paying it forward! You guys made my day!

Piss poor service ... Waited 22 mins to get by Bagel.. The Bagel definitely not worth the wait. Feel so it should have been free. Going to drive out of my way not to go here

literally the worst DD on the planet. it should be shut down. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even decided to look at me. and then that will not give me change for a 50. which is ridiculous. since I ordered 10.00 worth of food. they stand there and bitch about everyone in the drive through. like why do they want what they want. omg you are in the service business. people come there for food. give them the food. shut them down or get a competent manager in there.

Terribly slow service. Short staffed and the staff that is working is stressed out beyond belief. Hash browns are always SOGGY and inedible. Order a bagel toasted dark and it will come out barely warm.Got sick of standing in line being ignored with 10 other people so I ordered thru the app and got my drinks before the person in front of me was even acknowledged. Avoid this location at all costs. It's clear the franchise owner can't be bothered to make any efforts to improve conditions for both employees and customers.
